This week we are covering #breathing in the #dailybiohacker on clubhouse monday to friday at 0800 CET (in GER language) Breathing is a topic dear to my heart.

I have learned a lot through my own journey of achieving more harmonious breathing patters after many challenges: 1 broken nose through fighting on the streets when I was a reckless youngster, 3 nose operations to fix the problems related to it, chronically infected sinuses for many years, chronic mouth breathing patterns that had to be changed to nose breathing patterns again...

So this week is going to be very interesting. Thank you @dr.lutzgraumann and @breitfeld_biohacking for an amazing start today.

Personally, I am fascinated especially with the asian breathing arts. And my longest passion has been for the shaolin martial arts in particular which have a huge body of medical knowledge, qi gong sets, and body training methods that turn the body into a useful tool to work harder for others, but also a trained instrument fit for self defense.

I am very thankful that I can learn the authentic martial of Gulun Kungfu from a long time student of Master Wu Nanfeng from Dengfeng in China. @shaolin.gulunkungfu Chen Geng thank you very much for your caring guidance and precise instructions. My body is becoming stronger again after many years of struggles with my health and tense breathing patterns! Xie xie Laoshi. 🙏🏻
