POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We did that!!! We had a magical afternoon and full weekend of Pilates together at Atlantic Station.

Honored to share with such a beautiful group of women and widen our circle of #PilatesSisters.

Bravo to you, Michelle Leach, for organizing and facilitating such a fabulous weekend.

Being a student with @claredunphyhemani then guided by @flowingwithfaye through the Pilates Traditional ending. Still a work in progress as you notice the slight face plant in my monkey towards the plank. Not bad for a first attempt! Always a #pilatesenthusiast even as a #pilatesteacher and #lovewhatyoudo. Thank you to @jay_rosaline for the video capture.

First day of this special Atlanta Pilates Weekend with Michelle Leach and her team of beautiful movers.

It is a joy to workout with teachers that love the practice of Pilates. We consider it a gift to share and explore our craft together.

Every great workout starts with a deep breath. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

A little moment from our first Sip, Stretch & Socialize before we got into Pilates. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

Our very first @winenchill_cafe Sip, Stretch & Socialize is officially in the books… and my heart is FULL. 🤍✨

From trying complimentary @vitallifestylez seamoss samples, to flowing through Pilates, enjoying good food, celebrating a birthday, and ending the afternoon with a toast—this was exactly the kind of community I hoped to create.

Our word for the week was GROWTH. 🌱 Not just in fitness, but in life, business, relationships, and becoming the best version of ourselves.

Thank you to every person who showed up, supported, and trusted the vision. This is only the beginning.

More Wine & Chill experiences are coming, and every event will have its own unique vibe. I can’t wait to share what’s next. 🥂💕

Drop a 💕 below if you’ll be at the next one!

Thank You Ladies! 💕

Adding this to the feed because I’m so grateful for this incredible group of people who have given me the opportunity to help build such a special community. 🤍

Leadership comes with its challenges, but this team makes it easy. I’m thankful every single day for the trust, support, and people I get to do this alongside.

Blessings upon blessings. ✨
