The Christian baddies came through—and we SET THE TONE! 👑💕🙌🏾 To every woman who showed up, supported Don’t Silence Her, shared her heart, and helped create such a beautiful atmosphere of faith and sisterhood: thank you! You didn’t just attend an event—you helped bring this movement to life. A special shoutout to Jenell for an amazing workout that challenged us, uplifted us, and reminded us that we can do hard things while honoring God through movement. 💪🏾 Thank you to Flow Rehab Studio for giving us a safe space to connect, grow, and build community. Just like the women of the Bible, we are called to set the tone—with our voices, our faith, and the gifts God placed inside us. Love yourself. Know yourself. Help yourself. And whatever you do, DON’T SILENCE HER. 👑 This is only the beginning. Who’s joining us at the next one? 💕 #DontSilenceHer #SetTheTone #ChristianBaddies #WomenOfFaith #FaithAndFitness Sisterhood WomenSupportingWomen

Hi all! I’m Yodit if we haven’t met before :) This post marks the official launch of my yoga ig!! I teach restorative yoga at @flowrehabstudio every Tuesday and Saturday. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this prop heavy class will encourage you to relax, look within, and feel supported. We’ll sink into just a handful of poses to give us time to feel settled in each one. Special thanks to @zenyogagarage for my phenomenal training and all the continued support! Also thanks to @marmalademoon for the photo shoot 📸 If you’re ever in the Chicago area, be sure to check them out! If you’re here in the Bay Area, hope to see you soon :)
