✨ THE DEEP RESET ✨
A Transformative Nervous System Experience

What if your body could finally exhale?

Sometimes, you don’t need to push harder.
Sometimes, your body is asking you to slow down, listen, and receive.

The Deep Reset is an immersive group experience created to help you step out of the noise, reconnect with your body, and create space for regulation, release, and deep restoration.

Through a carefully curated journey of:

✨ Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers
✨ Spinal Energetics
✨ Reiki
✨ Sound Healing

We’ll begin with intentional movement through Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers, creating space and freedom in the body, before transitioning into Spinal Energetics, creating space to let go of what you no longer need and support nervous system regulation, followed by a deeply restorative Reiki-infused Sound Bath.

Moving from movement and connection into deeper states of receiving, rest, and integration.

This is your invitation to pause the doing.

To listen.
To soften.
To reconnect.
To receive.

Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, physically tense, or simply disconnected from yourself…

Come as you are. 🤍

Leave feeling more grounded, spacious, connected, and restored.

A big part of 2nd Wind Pulse is creating thoughtful first experiences with PEMF through events and corporate wellness.

As my business evolves, I am still working with one-on-one clients while focusing more on these experiences and building relationships with trusted wellness centers where people can continue receiving PEMF sessions.

Flow State Cryo & Recovery is one of the facilities I feel comfortable recommending. 👏

They already offer PEMF sessions on a full-body bed, and I was invited to bring my chair pad to support their 10-year anniversary celebration. This gave guests the opportunity to see two different ways PEMF can be offered while discovering the other recovery and wellness services available at Flow State.

Together, we are introducing more people to PEMF and making it easier for them to continue receiving sessions at a facility they can trust. 💪

Congratulations to Flow State Cryo & Recovery on 10 years! I was grateful to celebrate this milestone with you and support our shared goal of making PEMF more accessible. ⚡️

If you are looking for PEMF sessions in Studio City, I highly recommend visiting Flow State on Ventura Boulevard. They even have free parking in front!

And dancers, feel free to pop in between class since it’s walking distance to Millenium Dance Center 💃🏻🕺🏻 and don’t forget to tell them your girl, Steph, sent you! 🤗🫶
