*edit coz I forgot to add the caption* This is a nice way I’ve been entering K-guard. I tend to find it easier when they’re passing north-south or stacking underneath. Prolly post a couple of examples of using K-guard as a way to retain position & go straight into offensive cycles. #bjj

Brilliant session at @flowsubgrappling today with my old mate @stewhite82 celebrating his gyms third anniversary. Great to catch up with everyone and learn from one of the OGs @yorkshiregripper who shared some very slick techniques and details from HQ. Thanks for having us and congratulations Ste 🙌🏻🤼‍♂️ #bjj #nogi #grappling #brazilianjiujitsu #wrestling

Absolute MEGA session last night at @flowsubgrappling with @dave_parr17 !!!! Was focusing on essentially attacking from turtle which was awesome to learn, went against all my muscle memory and wasn’t given an inch to sit and defend hence the over 1k cals burned!!! @dave_parr17 having the metaphorical whip out!!! “Was wondering why you guys was gassed when I was watching but after 2 rounds I see why now” 😅😅 Repping the @tatamifightwear @tatamity @tomhardy autism collection as always!!! Plus the new kit from @filthy_few_fightwear looking unreal 😍😍 definitely adding it to my collection 🦾 #trainhard #bjj #bjjgi #goharder #smashit

Sometimes it’s as simple as getting hooks in and cranking on a choke 🧠 #retardmaxxing Quick one out at @mightygrapplingevents on the Saturday, good to get some different subs than the usual go-to’s. Respect to my opponent for taking the match! Alhamdulilah for everything. #bjj #nogi #jiujitsu #theautisticgrappler

Friday morning NoGi at Flow Submission Grappling 🥋💪 @flowsubgrappling Another session done and another chance to learn. Got absolutely battered today, but every round is another step forward. There were loads of opportunities to push myself, make mistakes, and improve, and that’s exactly what it’s all about. The sweat, the hard rounds, and walking off the mats exhausted always leave me feeling incredible afterwards. Rocking the @tatamifightwear autism rashguard with pride and just focusing on becoming the best version of myself—both on and off the mats. Doing it all to be the best I can be for my family. ❤️ #BJJ #NoGi #SubmissionGrappling #AutismAcceptance #trainhard
