What an incredible day!🪷

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who showed up, supported, and helped build such an amazing community. Seeing so many people come together to connect, practice, and celebrate is exactly what makes a day like this so special.

To our incredible teacher and our amazing team-thank you for your dedication, and hard work. None of this would have been possible without your passion and commitment.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our vendors for being part of this event and sharing your talents, products, and energy with our community. Your participation helped make this experience so memorable.

We’re beyond grateful for everyone who played a part, whether you attended, volunteered, taught, or supported us in any way. This is only the beginning, and we can’t wait to create even more opportunities to come together.

Here’s to growing this community and making even more memories at future events! ✨Thank you all for being part of the journey.♥️

Flower Moon Flow 🌸🌕🌸🌕

Thank you to everyone who came!!

So grateful to be able to bring people together and celebrate the full moon!! We are so happy with how this event turned out and we can't wait to do it again!!

What's not shown in this video is all the genuine conversation and connections that were made this night. Everyone stayed way past our end time to talk and drink tea. This is what we do it for. To foster relationships between neighbors and strangers.

and reminder....

You are the garden
Tend to yourself
and watch what grows around you 🌸

There is always more to learn as a teacher.

Spent time in a hands on assists lab practicing how to support students with more awareness, intention, and care. These are the small details that make such a difference in the room.

Grateful to learn alongside such thoughtful teachers and a big thank you to @lise_watt for guiding us through the practice and sharing your knowledge.

Also so appreciative of our studio investing in its teachers and creating space for us to keep learning and refining our craft.

Always a student of the practice. 💛

This morning was all about movement, connection, and a few playful kitten interruptions along the way 🐾

Thanks to our community, we raised $400 (& toys) to A Purrfect Fit Animal Rescue & Adoption Center. We’re so grateful to everyone who showed up and made it such a special event.

If you’d like to contribute, you can donate food, litter, funds, or volunteer your time directly through their website.

Flow with Caroline every Friday at FIT HAPPENZ! We’re always dreaming up fun ways to move, connect, and give back to our community, so stay tuned for more events like this.
