And just like that yoga between the trees came to an end!🥹

What a beautiful little chapter..
Full of yoga, nature, all types of weather, brave moments, strength, laughter, connection and the loveliest people. 🩷 Most importantly… breathing 🍃

Ending it with a final practice and a beautiful closing & cacao ceremony felt so magical✨Super grateful to have been part of it. 🤎 @cacowgirls

@flowwithcarlo Thank you for creating such a beautiful experience 🫶🏼🩷🌞

Until next time… 🧘🏻‍♀️🌿

Verstilling.

✨partner backbend exercise ✨
If you are training with a partner and like to go deeper in your backbend exercise-supported by the wall

The person who is standing and will be going into the backbend has to stay one arm length away from the wall before walking backwards downward with the hands. If you’re trying that for the first time- use blocks leaning against the wall.
Once you’re in the backbend position, your partner will then press gentle between your shoulders, so your able to press your chest closer to the wall and bend deeper into the excercise 🤍

Feel free to message for any questions or inquiries 💌
