Science shows that being in water shifts the brain to a "Blue Mind" state.
A meditative zone where cortisol drops, anxiety melts away, and the nervous system resets.

During a watsu session, this healing effect doubles as the body becomes weightless and supported.
It is more than just floating, it is an active release.

Sharing here this beautiful waterflow moment with @flowwithpreksha 💎

A swimming pool inside the room…
because this space is meant to feel different.

Privacy, calm, and a little luxury
all in one space.

Not just a room.
An experience you step into.

200hour Yoga teacher training highlights!

I can’t entirely reflect yet because I’m still in the eye of the storm (just started my 300hr YTT) but wowwww!
I will miss the smiles and the souls and the sand forever🤩
I also need to find my nearest harmonium when I get home🎹

I think my favourite moment was the ceilidh dancing and trying to explain the difference between lassie and lassi.🥛💕

@svabodha.yoga wishing every woman a very happy women’s day.

She shows up.
Some days strong,
some days tired…

but she still rolls out the mat.

Breath by breath,
she finds herself again.

Different stories.
Different struggles.
Different journeys.

But here…
we breathe together.
we grow together.

Strong women aren’t born here.
They remember who they are.

Thank you for showing love on our first collab together, here’s part 2.

Yoga is not what you see.
It’s what you feel.

Little conversation, little wisdom, little BTS and lots of hahaha at the end 💛

In this conversation, we explored what yoga really means beyond the poses.

And yes… a little behind the scenes at the end because real moments matter too 🤍
