Every Tower Reformer class ends the same way, with a few intentional breaths to reconnect, reset, and remind your body that strength isn't just about how hard you work, but how well you recover.

Tower classes bring a different kind of challenge. The springs, bars, and added resistance demand more stability, control, and precision, making every movement feel deeper and more rewarding. It's challenging but in the best way possible.

Coach Shy is here to guide you through every stretch, shake, and breath. 💛

Have you tried a Tower Reformer class yet? Tell us what's the most challenging part for you?

Some people collect hobbies, Coach Shy collected movement. ✨

Growing up in figure skating, ballet, dance, and barre gave her the strength, grace, and control that make her classes both challenging and empowering.

When she's not hitting the books for nursing school, she's helping clients move better, feel stronger, and stand taller at Sol Pilates Studio. 💙

Catch Coach Shy in class and let her show you what years of disciplined movement can do.
