I am so grateful for this journey! Shoutout to @yogarenew for making this possible and allowing me to complete my training while being a full-time student athlete. And to @empoweryoganj and @88lionsgate for sparking this passion of mine! Yoga has taught me so much both on and off the mat, and I know I still have so much room to grow. I can’t express how lucky I am for the opportunity to share what I’ve learned and connect with the people and world around me through this practice.
