First place at the European Open in Benidorm 🥇🇪🇸
So proud and happy to be back on the podium. Step by step, day by day, I’m trusting the process and keeping up the hard work. Big thanks to my physio, family, friends and trainers for all the support 🙏🏼

Grand Prix in Linz 🇦🇹, tough day. Taking the lesson home and working on it toward my first Grand Slam in two weeks. Glad I had the chance to also share these moments with my friends 🩷
Chin up, work ethic high 📈

My first Grand Prix medal 🥹🥉🇭🇷

I’m so proud to earn my first medal on the World Judo Tour. Also really grateful to everyone who supports me. And I’m so proud to be the first one, with my coach, to win a medal with the personal track traject 📈

Paulien Sweers Europees Kampioen 🥇

EUROPEES KAMPIOEN U23
I’m so happy and proud to call myself European Champion 2025 🥇🇲🇩
It’s amazing to achieve this after this season. Proud of my judo, proud of throwing, proud of my hard work and proud of my patience.
I’m so grateful for everyone who supports me and trains with me, without you I couldn’t achieve this. Love you all! 🫶🏼
This is just the beginning 📈

Today I won a silver medal at the EO in Prague 🥈🇨🇿
I’m so proud! I did the best I could. It’s silver with a bit of gold because I grew every match and I became stronger every time. I’m going to work on the things I’ve learned today and get even better 💪🏼

3rd place at the European University Combat Championships mixteam in Warschau 🥉🏆🇵🇱

This one deserves a post on its own. I am so frickn proud of this team. We were ONE team and became stronger every round, even after a close loss. Everyone was a great part of the team and we got each others back. Some of us did things that they didn’t know they were capable of. We believed in each other and that made us have even more confidence. Één team, één taak.’ ⭐️🦁

I don’t know how to describe this team in words because I don’t have any. I’m speechless. The only thing I can say is that I am so proud of every single one. And that I really enjoyed being part of this team! 🙏🧡

A special thanks to @mookysbeletteringinternational and @jaimie_mook for the amazing shirts. We shined even more in these beautiful shirts 🧡
