With some time away from full time coaching I’m making a come back 👀

This feels hard and like I’m having to start again after having around 40 clients to next to none within the past 6 months 🤯

Obviously this was due to taking on the gym which was a result of how busy myself and stef had become as coaches! Then the added pressure of having mateo full time 3 days a week it was impossible to do it all - or to at least offer the level of service I’d except to give someone ❌

This one ment a lot to me and I can honestly say the team @eliteevolutionglasgow are one of a kind the support from each and every single person is just insane 🤯

I needed to change things I had just became a dad for the first time and felt my physique slipping away and bad habits creeping back in 😳

The position I’m in I strongly believe I need to lead from the front and these past 10 weeks I’ve felt back in control of my mental and physical health 💪🏻

Just because your down dosent mean your out, the moment you give up is the moment you loose it all, times are always going to be hard but there’s always good on the other side 🙌🏻

Good to be back to my best and time to improve on this and get to where I want to be 🤝🏻

Massive thanks to @eliteevo_stephen aswell meeting this guy has changed my life and my outlook, we’ve built a community that we couldn’t even dream of and it’s only 1 year in and without his support who knows where I’d be 😭

BIG THINGS COMING 👊🏻

Been working hard since the start of the year to set up a office space to work from home and pretty chuffed so far 😁

Also been working on setting up a landing page to make the services I offer more accessible to everyone and will be launching that some time next week 👏🏻
