A little reminder about cancellation policies 💜

When you cancel last minute or don’t show, it’s not just a gap in my diary. It’s a slot I held for you, time I can’t get back, and income I’d planned around.

In a small business, one missed appointment hits harder than you’d think.

Respecting our time is the best way to support us. Thank you to everyone who does 🤍

Third time attending International Lash Masters and somehow it just gets better every single year!

Deanna always puts together the most incredible events, and I always walk away feeling so inspired, motivated and excited for what’s next in my business.

It was so lovely getting to meet so many new faces, catch up with some familiar ones and be surrounded by so many talented people in the lash & brow industry. There’s honestly something so special about being in a room full of people who share the same passion. 🫶🏼

So grateful for another amazing International Lash Masters experience and all the knowledge, connections and memories that came with it. Already looking forward to the next one!

THIS MAY RUFFLE SOME FEATHERS 🫣🫣

But it’s not an opinion. It’s the difference between right and wrong.

And I’m seeing it way to often these days 😞

Over accessible courses in an unregulated industry are missing the details that actually are the most important. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had my fair share of stickies in the past as I was learning I will hold my hands up. But I learnt and made changes.

Please let’s put a stop to it and just take an extra 5 minutes at the end of your sets to check 🙏🏽

Okay, that’s all from me. bye 👋🏽
