As we tiptoe toward summer, International Pilates Day arrives right on time. Not just as a countdown for a “beach bod”, but as a means to stay grounded in a world that moves too fast. After a slow cold winter, it feels as though we’ve gone from zero to sixty rsvp-ing to events, urgently swapping wardrobes, and intensely shopping for bathing suits. Pilates will make you strong, absolutely. It will reconnect you to muscles you forgot you had and make bathing suit shopping rewarding. But it will also calm your nervous system through breath and precision. I love that for us!

And here’s something else to celebrate…pilates is BOOMING right now!

New Jersey might be having one of the biggest wellness waves in the country! In the last two years, dozens of new studios have opened across the state with more slated to open over the next few months. We’ve got it all: traditional studios, contemporary studios, mat classes, reformer rooms, and beautifully curated spaces amongst plants, books, with dripping chandeliers, and glimmering city views. And you know we do things big here so you are also going to find collabs happening where pilates classes are on rooftops, the beach, in nightclubs, on wineries, in barns, on farms, and festivals.

To all of the instructors and studio owners, thank you for creating spaces that feel like an exhale the moment we walk in. For creating different places for different faces and not a “one-size-fits-all”.

Here’s to taking the time to look good, feel good, and return to ourselves…intentionally.

Be sure to click the pics to learn about the studios, and of course follow the stories to find out latest events!

Just a few hours.
That’s all it took to pause, breathe deeply, and fully reset.

So grateful that first-ever Wellness Wave was everything we hoped for — movement, nourishment, connection, and care.
And the energy? Magic.
Still riding the wave.

Thank you to the woman who said yes to themselves.

More waves are coming — the next one is already in motion.
Stay tuned 🌊

November is calling us to reconnect — to ourselves, our bodies, and what truly matters. 🍂

This month, I’m holding space for two powerful experiences:

💥 Strong as a Mother — a workshop to help you reclaim your strength and feel supported in motherhood and movement with fabulous experts in their fields.
🌿 Wellness Wave: Red Bank Reset — a restorative reset designed to help you unwind, realign, and move into the season grounded and well with awesome local small businesses.

Both are rooted in community, connection, and the belief that you are already enough — we’re just helping you remember.

✨ Join us. Breathe. Move. Reset — together.

You don’t need to earn your rest.
You don’t need to hustle harder to deserve a pause.
You are allowed to feel held, cared for, and reconnected — without asking permission.

Wellness Wave: The Red Bank Reset was created for women like you:
The doers. The holders. The ones who rarely put themselves first.

This is a morning to return to yourself.
To breathe deeply.
To move gently.
To be surrounded by women who get it.

No roles to play. No pressure to perform.
Just space to soften and remember who you are underneath it all.

We’ll move through:
🕯️ A cozy welcome with coffee + treats
💪 Reformer Pilates to strengthen & stretch
🥗 A plant-based lunch with vibrant options
💆‍♀️ Your choice of a mini facial or massage
👯‍♀️ And real, heart-centered connection

This isn’t a retreat.
It’s a return.
