Förtäring ordnar en annan ivrig laxfiskare och tillika fantastisk kock @chef_michaelbonta från Granö 🔥👨‍🍳 10 platser finns tillgängliga varav 7 är kvar i denna stund.. intresseanmälan via Pm är bindande och kursavgift inkl förtäring 350:-/pers betalas via Swish i samband med anmälan.. kommer du långväga ifrån bjuder vi på boende men du är välkommen att bidra med en symbolisk summa som kommer att användas till välgörenhet och älven..

Less than a week left until the start of the 2026/27 hucho hucho season, and here's another honourable mention from the 2025/26 season 🔥🔥🔥

@_joshuajwyen and his father Barry came to us via @bucketlistfishingtrips to catch elusive hucho hucho. To our delight, it happened when Joshua, on the third day in the evening, caught this fine specimen. And just like that, the box was ✔️. In the end, that was the only fish in the net. We did have a few more solid chances, but we were a bit unlucky. But that's the charm of the hucho hucho pursuit. 🤝

The 2026/27 season is mostly booked; I still have a couple of weeks left from mid-January to the end of the season (14th of February), plus a few short, day-or-two slots throughout December, January, and February

The sun was relentless in July. Much of the insect life burned away in the heat before the season even got properly underway. Up in the mountains, daddy longlegs were scarce—the larvae need moist soil and die without water. Caddisflies, on the other hand, are far more resilient and refused to be stopped.
Now November is knocking on the door, and darkness is settling outside. It feels good to go through the archives. Looking through photos and video clips lets me rewind to that scorching summer—to golden evening light, intense blue skies, and the little moments that made it through after all. A quick victory lap back to summer is never a bad idea.

Hoster, halsen er drit, hodepine og generelt forkjøla. Det er lite som er stussligere enn en mann på 35 år med snue. Heldigvis kom forkjølelsen med nitrist høstvær. Før dette været og forkjølelsen kom var jeg ute en tur, fisket litt, nøt 12 varmegrader med vakende fisk tett på land og vindstille vær. Sånt man faktisk kan dagdrømme om. Det er ikke over riktig enda.
