Meine erste Yukiyori-Bestellung | My first Yukiyori order

🇩🇪 🇬🇧
Japanisches Handwerk | Japanese Handcraft

🇩🇪

🇬🇧
My first real customer order for Yukiyori is finished, and this moment feels truly special. 🥹✨

The order included three pairs of Mizuhiki earrings and two pendants, each in different shapes and colours. I created dark-blue and white earrings with long flowing knots, silver tassel earrings, a small silver knot pendant and a blue-and-silver cat pendant. 💙🤍
Every piece was knotted and assembled by hand. I especially love how this order shows the different sides of Mizuhiki: elegant and simple, playful and eye-catching, while always keeping the unique beauty of Japanese knot art.

Knowing that someone saw my work and chose to order personal pieces from me means so much. What began as a hobby inspired by my love for Japan and traditional crafts is slowly becoming something of my own.

Thank you so much for trusting my work. 💕

Bunt, Bunter: unser Hochzeits-Hikifurisode 😍

Colorful, more colorful: our wedding hikifurisode 😍
To finish off the day, we wrapped @flying_mandy in a hikifurisode to capture a few last photos outside in the sunlight 😇

—-

For now the last uchikake from our collection we want to introduce is the all-white shiro-uchikake ✨

Which one would you choose? Red, gold or the traditional white?

The golden Uchikake once again in all its glory! ✨
Due to the relatively bad weather that day, we did the whole shoot in our warehouse - improvisation is everything 💪
