Tying the knot on our 8 year anniversary.

When you tell your friends that no suits or ties are allowed, only bright and crazy outfits to celebrate 🫶🏽 we are still thinking about the energy in the room 2 weeks ago.

Shout to the amazing suppliers (obviously supporting other local Liverpool businesses where we could)

I’ve probably spent most of my powerlifting career ignoring little niggles

But i think its time we sort things out for long term improvements!

Went to see @fmphysio_ last Friday to get things checked

What an incredible day, on Sunday I got married to my best friend ❤️

It only took us 8 years but it was definitely the right time to do it.

She supports he in so many ways. We’re a team in everything we do and I couldn’t run my business without her.

We love all our friends, family and colleagues - thank you all so much for your support ❤️

I dropped my NHS days first. Started the clinic part time and filled two days properly before I touched anything else.

Then I made the leap. Four to five days a week until I was flat out.

Then I brought in an associate and got them flat out too.

Then my first employee.

Now there are four physios at FM Physio and I am off the treatment floor apart from the odd complex review. That is on purpose. It means I can work on the clinic rather than in it. The standard the team work to. The experience the patient actually gets.

310 five star reviews. Our own clinic in the Baltic Triangle.

It is not easy. Some weeks it is properly hard. But I would not go back. It’s amazing to reflect on how many amazing people we’ve helped in Liverpool.

From runners, to hyroxers, to MMA fighters to everyday people who have goals that they want to achieve and can’t get their in their own.

I’m not going to pretend we’re perfect, lots of growing pains along the way but we always put our patients first. We strive to be the best and to go the extra mile to get results.

We constantly learn and challenge each other so we become the best Physiotherapy clinic in Liverpool.

We’re a small, specialist Physio clinic with big goals and we can’t thank all of you enough for coming in and seeing us.

You don’t own a physio clinic. You’ve got six jobs and one of them occasionally involves treating a patient. 🙃

DM me CLINIC if your clinic owns you right now.

Some lovely words from our clients at @fmphysio_

“I’ve been working with Charlie and the team at Klatch for around six months now, and the difference they’ve made to our business has been incredible.

Before this, our revenue was very up and down. We would have some okay months and some better months, but there was no real consistency or steady growth. It was frustrating because we know we’re excellent at what we do. We genuinely help our clients and patients get results. Yet it felt like people were coming in for a couple of sessions and then disappearing, and there was no predictable flow of new enquiries.

Since working with Charlie and the team, they have worked on our SEO, set up Google Ads that actually perform, and implemented proper systems on our website that convert. We are now getting new enquiries consistently, but more importantly, we are getting the right clients coming through the door regularly.
As a result, we have just had our best month ever.

We have been able to hire another member of staff, bring on an admin, and we are already looking at hiring an additional part-time admin. That simply would not have been possible before.

What really sets Charlie and the team apart is how data-driven they are. I have worked with so many agencies and freelancers in the past, and whenever you ask for real numbers or performance data, they either get defensive or cannot provide clear answers. Without data, it is impossible to justify what you are charging. With Klatch, it is completely different. They do not just tell me things are improving, they show me. The reporting is clear, the systems are real, and the data backs everything up.

One of the things I love most is the honest and transparent relationship we have. They genuinely care about our business and want the best for us. It never feels transactional. It feels like they are invested in our growth and success.
For the first time in a long time, I genuinely feel like we are in a position of consistent growth. It has relieved a huge amount of stress and given me real confidence in the direction we are heading.

I honestly cannot thank them enough.

Highly recommended.”

This is a good example of what happens when things look busy, but don’t feel like they’re working.

@fmphysio_ were getting enquiries, but they weren’t always the right ones. Most were coming through Facebook, which meant more time filtering, chasing and managing admin. All of it falling on the owner.

So we helped them change the setup.

A good reminder that better marketing isn’t just more leads. It’s better patients, better systems, and clearer decisions.

Who has been working in the studio with us this week?

Well, some inspirational experts from different industries, ranging from physio to business coaching. Aswell as some young people who are just starting their careers in the creative industries.

We have loved every minute. Great converations, lots of laughs, and some fantastic filming.
