Monday vibe… pass the snacks, treats are the only thing that will get us through the day (preferably from a Wildbarc treat bag ✌️)

Sharing is caring 😂

A water and food travel bowl that’s big enough for two snozzers but can scrumple up into your pocket 👌 An essential bit of kit for hydration on the go and alfresco dining in the wild!

Once or twice a year I get together with other pet photographers for an extended trip to photograph dogs in new places ❤️

--

Sometimes these are coach-led intensives, other times they are informally led by a photographer friend...

--

Every single time, it lets me meet and work with some awesome dogs and their guardians, and the locations are not always the easiest to work with.

This location was a stunning set of ruins, but had a load of tight angles, distractions and full sun (thanks forecast, you lied!)

--

Step in Ellie with Flossy & Chevy...

Both of the girls were confident on uneven terrain, holding their poses, and generally having the spotlight on them.

It was a pleasure to photograph them.

During my trip to England, in beautiful Sussex, we really had to challenge; searching for shaded locations and patiently waiting for the clouds to roll in ☁️
And this is one of those images I absolutely love, even though the lighting conditions that day were honestly brutal 🙈

Despite all the obstacles, I’m so happy with how this image turned out. It’s a reminder that challenging conditions can still lead to something beautiful 🧡

I’ve also included the original photo so you can see just how harsh the light really was that day 😅

A huge thank you to the amazing model Chevy 🐕 and to the wonderful owner @roamingcollies 🤍
Pssst… the owner also has an amazing Instagram filled with stunning dog photos — definitely worth a visit! 📸🐾

We’ve been so envious seeing all your snow photos, the UK wrapped in a blanket of white, paws crunching underfoot and trails transformed.

Sadly, we’re a little too far south and only had a whisper of snow, but we’ve got our paws crossed it’s not done with us yet 🙏

We are utterly mesmerised by this photo by @roamingcollies showing us just how magical snow days can be 👌
