Behind Love for Lewiston is a story of love, loss, and a legacy that continues to inspire 💙

In 2016, Lewiston Olstad passed away from Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), just three days before his six-month birthday.

Rather than spending what would have been his first birthday in a pity party, his family chose to celebrate his life with a dance party. What began as one night of joy grew into the Love for Lewiston Foundation, a movement dedicated to supporting families affected by SMA, funding critical research, and inspiring hope.

Today, the foundation has raised over $4 million, proving just how powerful a community coming together can be.

We're honoured to support this incredible cause through Lemon Light Up on November 16, and to play a small part in continuing Lewiston's legacy.

went on a solo date to check out @thewestleyhotel “tequila &” series (again!) and it was such a great time! 🫶🏼✨

the westley hotel is such a great venue, the food from @fondafora is always wonderful, and i love that i get to learn something new in a hands on workshop! this one was with @apothecaryyyc to make your own perfume, and as a scent loving gal, it was perfect.

their next event is on november 12th! it’s a great option for a solo night out, date night, or gals night 💖

I used to be scared of the mic 😳

Then I focused on keeping it nice and simple.

• Actually look at people
• “Can you hear me?”
• “Let’s make some noise for the newlyweds!”
• Use your hands 🤌
• Take your time, there’s no rush
• Focus on the vibe, not what can go wrong

Of course, make sure that mic is sounding crystal clear.

Practice in the mirror and you’ll be sweet. I’ll keep practicing and improving.

Have fun out there!

Also, how nice is this venue? The boiler room style setup is so cool @fondafora

I’ve run into Honor and Cole at not one, but two weddings this year, so naturally I felt inspired to dig these out of the archives — from their wedding THREE years ago.

My advice to newlyweds? Jump on the bed. Get in the tub. Roll around on the luggage cart. Hide in the elevator.

Do the weird, spontaneous, slightly ridiculous things together.

It makes for some pretty fun times as newlyweds… and even better photos.
