Welcome to Part 10! Here’s another quick and easy one from Foods of Jane @foodsofjane

* 3 tbsp butter
* ��1/2 lb mini rotelle pasta (I used penne and it came out great)
* ��16 oz chicken bone broth (You may need more if you use a different pasta shape so have extra ready to go.) *I used beef bone broth with no issues
* ��optional seasonings: 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp paprika
* ��1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
* ��1 cup of freshly grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. ��Melt the butter (and optional seasonings) in a skillet and add the pasta. Cook for a few minutes on low heat until most of the butter is absorbed.
2. ��Add the bone broth (it should be enough to just barely cover all the pasta) and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook until the pasta is al dente and until about 80% of the liquid is absorbed.
3. ��Stir in the heavy cream. Then, add in the cheese a few handfuls at a time. Mix after each cheese addition to ensure that it melts evenly into the pasta.
4. ��Once everything is melted and looking creamy, scoop into bowls and serve! I like to top with parm and freshly cracked black

Wishing there was a bit more brrrrr to this burrata!

I’m now firmly in my pasta salad era. It’s oven-off weather and a good pasta salad for dinner makes for easy lunches all week.

Summer Supper:
Farmstand Veggie Pasta Salad

This @foodsofjane pasta salad was my first time making a tomato and garlic confit but absolutely will not be my last!

This pasta salad is much more flavorful than most, thanks to the confit and which adds a jammy tomato flavour and richness.

Creamy burst tomato and garlic sauce recipe from @foodsofjane

l’ve made this pasta maybe 5 times now because I’m so obsessed! It’s so easy to make, and sooo good. Any pasta works. I used Giovanni Pana skillet gnocchi. It’s also great with feta substituted for the burrata.
