Moments from IMAGINING FUTURES TOGETHER

When you look down you can see a spiral and a pulsating orange light.
Red sand, an abundance of light, a broad spectrum of colour in a golden village.
Surrounded by plants you’ve never seen before.
Ancient places and civilizations revived. A new definition of development; a city where it doesn’t mean destroying nature to build
You can hear the flow of the different waterways. You can smell water. You can hear the plants swaying gracefully in the wind.
Among nature, the land is filled with diverse shapes of houses and huts.

You can see people talking to each other.
Not only verbally but with their whole beings, connecting.
The air filled with joy and happiness.
The market square flush with chatter and laughter
You can feel the aura of wellbeing, unity and balance
People connecting to their environment, taking care of the community, doing things for a greater good, for nature, for everything.

Everything is bound by the exchange between nature and us.
We are using our own resources. Cultivated through respect and care.

We exist outside of an extractive structure of hierarchy. There is only labour of love. Each of us gives and receives. All the forgotten past knowledge is being put to use. We exist within fluid structures that create roles for each member. These structures support us and our wellbeing. We live knowing that we are never alone in our hardships. We have each other and the endless cycles to fall back on.

Despite our unique pasts, we can see the same future. All we dream of is reachable because it’s in us. We have the permission to let go.

We are in the heart. Outside of space and time. Everything is aligned and at ease.
