Nomka Enkhee (@pferdeautos) took a spin with our flatware collection, the Good Set, and developed a series of drawings for Fool’s Gold. We love her work and you will too! Expect to see some exciting collaborations in the coming months between Nomka and Fool’s Gold! More on that soon! In the meantime, enjoy her dancing drawings!

Big thanks to @alexgartelmann and @rayrayreichert of @foolsgold.world for including me in the show IN PRAISE OF SMALL THINGS WE ALL SEE at @esr.info along side so many amazing artists. Centered around the table, I immediately thought of old hoodoo or foot track magic involving stinging nettle, black mustard seeds and black peppercorns that, with the correct intent, can be placed under the feet of a table where people will be sitting in order to make them argue and fight. The vessel, a terrarium that I made a while back and recycled for the show, not only represents the mind of intent, but also revisiting a conversation with someone from the past and how perspectives change over time. Surprisingly to us all, the mustard seeds started to sprout and grow as the environment inside the terrarium changed. Thanks @alexgartelmann for sending me updates as things evolved!

‘Shape Signs (after Mary’s mantel),’ 2025–26 Flashe and acrylic on paper and wood Dimensions variable I started this set of 12 small sculptures late last year, after coming back from a two-week stay at Mary Nohl’s house in Fox Point, WI. They sat unfinished until last month, when @foolsgold.world invited me to be part of a lovely group show at @esr.info. ‘IN PRAISE OF SMALL THINGS WE ALL SEE’ is a celebration of what it feels like to gather around a big table with friends — for food, conversation and shared studio time. There’s a closing celebration this Friday, June 12, 6–9 p.m. ‘IN PRAISE OF SMALL THINGS WE ALL SEE’ June 2–12, 2026 e.s.r. 900 S 5th Street Milwaukee, WI group of 12 signs of different shape and color, all supported by thin posts in cube bases

I will be contributing a series of decorative pillows featuring the survivors of the Donner Party to the group exhibition IN PRAISE OF SMALL THINGS WE ALL SEE. Hashtag Manifest Destiny. This project is organized by Fool’s Gold and hosted at e.s.r. at 900 S 5th Street, ste 102 in Milwaukee. Emerging from Fool’s Gold’s long-running Studio Night gatherings, the exhibition centers around a large communal table built within the gallery, bringing together artists across distance, friendship, and shared histories. In place of a traditional opening reception, June 2 will host a public Studio Night, an evening of process, conversation, snacks, unfinished ideas, and the connective energy that forms around making and thinking together. On June 12, there will be one more gathering for a closing event in praise of the table and the many artists who join Fool’s Gold around it. @foolsgold.world @esr.info the artists: @bearbear.co @basha_harris_jewelry @alisonkleiman @k8klingbeil @britkrohmer @abrahmguthrie @pferdeautos @mkekelsey @a.economos.miller @sahotchkiss @emilydukestudio @emilydukesculpture @jonassebura brookekanther @wmdlewis @cl_young @leclair_k @tenspeedherocagwin vernal_gas @jasondunda @kirsten_furlong @hazelwoodfarmwi @faythelevine @amyoruby @ruby_gem_ @vincentzager @___r_a_e__ and Lisa Stone
