Gratitude post!!
To all of the wonderful humans that have worked with us, and guided us, this summer. Gratitude to all of these stars ✨.

Gratitude to so many lovely humans that we have met following this path with our #kombucha fermentation for @oldtreeevents
For all the places and festivals that we have come to know through doing this work.

Gratitude to our Brewess ISIDE who is constantly foraging and fermenting seasonal wild plants and is currently creating a Glynde village kombucha!… With apples and rosemary gathered from the village our brewery is based in 😇 She is @brewingw which means BREWING WILD and we can’t wait to share some of these creations with you on our @crowdfunderuk campaign we are now planning again.

This year has been as full on as ever and we have learnt loads and made some real progress with our Kombucha which is definitely growing in popularity (because it is the best in country😉) as more and people catch on.

Special shout out to @zo.rigg who has been doing some great work here to help us with this mission and to our core team - Tai, @forest.freya @willneamebrew @brewingw and Harry who it’s been great to have all fermenting this magic together this summer.
And shout out to @goodlife.gardener for harvesting this amazing Wormwood from @mylittlefarm.uk forest garden for us to dry and ferment now!

The events season is over for us now! We wont be producing so much more kombucha for thirsty festival goers from now until May 2026! But will be refocusing on foraging the hedgerow abundance and creating some brews for local supply that can keep us going throughout the quieter months instead.

BEE 🐝 SELFIE
& Gratitude post 🙏

Anyone that’s watched my activity on this platform for the past 18 months will know I have mostly been sharing about 🍉 and the atrocities that are being committed daily by the totalitarian inhumanity of our military industrial complex & western corporate states. It is absolutely unbearable even just watching what is happening and it feels wrong to use this platform to share personally now, to reveal the ridiculous level of privilege that I, and so many of us here have at the moment, compared to our fellow humans who are being quite literally exterminated in front of our eyes 😳😭

I know that we also need positivity & the reason that we visit this platform and others many times daily is actually because it provides us with fast Dopamine that we all crave.

When I see the work that people i love are doing here, I get a palpable sense of joy and connection beyond self, as if I had just heard a whole story around a campfire 🔥 or had a really rewarding experience!

I wanted to share some images from my actual life and the people in it at the moment that I am blessed to know.

I am on a mission that over the past decade has been condensed into two words that now represent 3 different social enterprises that I work full time on. The two words are OLD TREE. Here’s a little Ol’🌳 UPDATE fyi!

There are now THREE main OT branches

There is @oldtreebrewery CIC that focuses on brewing for biodiversity & Fermentation

There is @oldtreesoil that is dedicated to community solutions for living soil regeneration though local composting & mycelium inspired networks

And there is @oldtreeevents - our community of friends that put on events together inline with our values of working with the seasons and more than human world as much as possible to help to change our culture & revive what our industrial culture is trying to destroy - soul, soil & society itself!!

I love my work, I love kind people, my friends and family & Old Trees… I love this planet 🌍 I love its soil, I love its water and I love the bees.

Witnessing pollination gives me HOPE for the future. I hope this post brightens your day like finding this 🐝💘 did mine. 💚

HAWTHORN HARVEST season is back and we can’t wait to start brewing new batches of Hawthorn Wine 🌸✨💫. Lots of you have shown interest in this product since last year and it’s been so popular we’re planning on brewing a lot more ✨ Thanks for the support! Yesterday some of our team and friends went to @mylittlefarm.uk for a flower picking day and now all the flowers are drying in the brewery! #hawthorn #hawthornwine #ferments
