I haven’t made a post on instagram in so long I didn’t even know it looked like this now. Shout out the loyal story watchers 🤣

This Summer has been full of so much joy, memories, and music. I love all of my friends/family so much and I am truly grateful for all of the opportunities that allow me to live my best life :)

Got a couple of things coming up in August as we veer into the second half.

8/8 Saturday at @sanssouci_vta for @beneaththesewer 808 Fest
8/15 Returning to @medium805 with @idealmusic_, the @dislabel.losangeles & more!
8/21 New music dropping for @254scienceandresearch Remegade Science Vol 2

& that’s all for now. Let me know if I should post more or I should wait until 2028 for my next one ok byeee

Self care, mental health, wellness, and adaptogens have been an integral part of my routine 🤍✨

Life has been moving fast lately. Between acting, creating content, entrepreneurship, and being a student, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle. I’ve learned that when I start feeling overwhelmed, it’s usually my mind and body reminding me it’s time to slow down.

Prioritizing self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s part of staying creative, keeping my anxiety in check, and giving my brain the space to reset and adapt. Taking intentional moments to recharge helps me show up as my best self in every area of my life.

I have a few wellness products that have become staples in my routine and help keep me grounded through busy seasons. This is one of my favorite ways to reset… and now I’m off to the jacuzzi. ✨🧖🏽‍♀️💙
