✨Meet our newest Squad Foster, Luna!🌙

Welcome Luna, our delightful 12-year-old senior gal with a spirit that's ageless. She was rescued as a stray and brought to Greenville County Animal Care. Currently, Luna’s on the mend from an upper respiratory infection, eagerly awaiting her transition to her warm foster home post-recovery.🐾

🐕Luna's distinctively shaped tail narrates a story of adversity and quirky healing. Yet, her knowledge of commands like "sit" and "shake" paints a picture of happier times, possibly as a cherished family pet. With her attentive big ears and a heart overflowing with love, Luna will soon be ready to be the enchanting addition to any family.

👏🏼A huge round of applause for @positivelylyss our dedicated friend and fierce animal advocate, who reached out to Dog Squad to ensure Luna would be given the second chance she’s been waiting for.🫶🏼

✨Dog Squad believes in the power of miracles and second chances. Today, we’re excited to share a story that unfolded at lightning speed, proving that sometimes, destiny works its magic faster than we can post about it!⚡️🐶

😍Meet Sydney, the star of this heartwarming story. Earlier this month, our dear friend @positivelylyss reached out to Randy with an urgent plea for a dog named Sera, who was facing the heartbreaking fate of euthanasia due to shelter overcrowding at @gvlanimalcare . Despite knowing our rescue was already full, Alyssa’s heart couldn’t ignore Sera’s plight. She contacted Randy, suggesting that Sera’s story be shared on social media in hopes of finding her a lifeline.🙏🏼

🏃Randy wasted no time and posted about Sera on his personal social media pages. In an incredible twist of fate, Roger, a friend of Randy’s from college and someone who previously adopted from Dog Squad, responded to the call for help. Roger listened to his intuition, and he knew Sera was destined to become a cherished member of their family as Simon’s loving sister.🐾

Dog Squad quickly took Sera under its wing, saving her from the brink. Sera found herself embraced by the loving arms and paws of Dog Squad, eagerly awaiting the chance to meet her potential forever family. ❤️🐶

💫We believe that destiny often works in mysterious ways. Sera, now lovingly known as “Sydney,” embodies this belief wholeheartedly. She is the living proof that when the stars align, incredible things happen.🤩 Without the dedication of Alyssa, Sydney might never have been given her second chance at life.❤️🐕🫶🏼

🐾🏡Join us in extending our heartfelt gratitude to Alyssa for her selfless dedication to saving lives, and to Roger for opening his heart and home to Sydney. Together, they prove that in the world of rescue, the convergence of compassion and fate can work miracles, transforming the lives of animals and humans alike.
