I made a quick trip to Boston, MA to capture these two! They made sure I saw as much of Boston as I possibly could in one day. Beacon Hill was one of my favourite stops. You felt like you were in a completely different country. Thank you Zosia & Alex for having me out and I can't wait until next year to do it all again!

This is overlooked far too often. We assume that our clients are happy with the service we're providing and until it's too late, they leave you and you just accept their excuse that "work got too busy", or "I could no longer afford it."⁣⁣
⁣⁣
You need to manage client expectations through consistent feedback. Often clients won't tell you straight out, so it's imperative that you ask how you're doing and what you can do better. This needs to happen monthly. Your client retention depends on it...⁣
⁣
Check out episode 4 of The Fit Coach Consultant Podcast "The Secret Weapon to Client Retention" for more on how to integrate this into your business.
