Cute cafe vibes and seriously fresh food at @character_coffee_brew in Ingle Farm ☕️✨

We recently visited this lovely little spot and had such a great experience. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and everything we tried tasted fresh, delicious and full of flavour.

Here’s what we enjoyed:

• Banana Bread
• Ceylon Benedict
• Devils Toast
• Forest Scramble
• Southern Style Chicken Burger
• Spicy Pulled Chicken Roll Sandwich

There was such a good mix of sweet, savoury and hearty options, and every dish came out looking great and tasting even better. The drinks here are so refreshing as well, you must try there Strawberry Milkshake.

Character Cafe has such a warm, relaxed feel and is definitely a nice little Ingle Farm find for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Sunday plans just got a whole lot better 🍋🥂✨

We recently headed to @ambraspirits for their Bottomless Limoncello Spritz Lunch, and it was such a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

For $99pp, the experience includes a three-course lunch, bottomless Limoncello Spritz, plus roaming live sax and DJ, creating such a lively and relaxed atmosphere from start to finish.

The spritzes kept flowing, the food was delicious, and the live music really made the whole experience feel like a proper Sunday celebration.

Held every Sunday, it’s such a great option for a catch-up with friends, birthday celebration or just an excuse to turn your weekend into something a little more special.

Good food, good drinks and seriously good vibes at Ambra Spirits 🍋🎶

Thanks for having us over @ambraspirits , we had such a great time 😍

Seafood, cocktails and incredible ocean views at @sammysonthemarina 🌊🍸✨

Located at @marinapierglenelg , this is such a beautiful spot to settle in for a long lunch or dinner by the water. The views are stunning, the hospitality is amazing, and the whole experience feels relaxed but still special.

Here’s what we enjoyed:

Entrées

• Salt & Pepper Calamari
• Seared Scallops

Mains
• Grilled King George Whiting Fillet
• Sea Ink Delight Nero Marinara

Dessert
• Tiramisu

Cocktails

The seafood was fresh, beautifully cooked and full of flavour, and the cocktails were just as good. The Sea Ink Delight Nero Marinara was such a standout, and the ocean views really make the whole meal even better.

A gorgeous Glenelg spot for seafood, drinks and waterfront dining.

Sweet treats that aren’t overly sweet? @phoenixsweets.au in Unley absolutely nailed it 🍰✨

We recently tried a beautiful selection from Phoenix Sweets, and everything tasted so fresh, light and well balanced. One thing we especially loved is that the cakes aren’t overly sugary, so you can actually enjoy all the different flavours without them feeling too heavy.

Here’s what we enjoyed:

• Classic Strawberry Shortcake
• Pandan Mango Chiffon
• Pandan Coconut
• Tiramisu Cheesecake

Drinks
• Taro Latte
• Strawberry Matcha

The chiffon cakes were soft and fluffy, while the cheesecakes were rich without being too heavy. The Pandan Coconut and Tiramisu Cheesecake were both such good picks, and the drinks matched everything perfectly.

You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and put a lot of care into each item.

They are the sweetest couple who run this shop so go and try their lovely cakes and drinks and you will not be disappointed 😍

They also have cake painting sessions they run regularly so look that up and get involved in that fun activity.

Thanks for the yummy treats @phoenixsweets.au 💕

Adelaide has a stunning new hotel experience in the heart of the city ✨🥂

We recently attended the grand opening of @amorahoteladelaide , and the transformation is seriously impressive. From the beautifully refreshed rooms to the elegant interiors and incredible ballroom, the whole hotel feels polished, modern and luxurious.

The food on the night was just as impressive — fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavour, with hospitality to match.

Whether you’re planning a city staycation, special celebration, event, dinner or simply want to experience somewhere new in Adelaide, Amora Hotel Adelaide is definitely worth having on your radar.

Such a beautiful addition to Adelaide’s hospitality scene and a really memorable opening night.

New Shanghai has officially arrived at @burnsidevillage , and it’s one for the dumpling lovers 🥟✨

We recently checked out @newshanghai and loved the whole experience. The fit-out is beautiful, the atmosphere feels polished but relaxed, and there’s plenty of space for everything from date nights to family dinners and larger group catch-ups.

Of course, the soup dumplings are a must — juicy, comforting and definitely worth the slurp — but there’s also a great range of classic Chinese dishes to work your way through.

With seating for up to 300 people, it’s a seriously impressive new addition to Burnside Village and a great option when you’re craving Chinese food in Adelaide.

Thanks to @jpmedia_adelaide for the kind invite and to @newshanghai for the lovely hospitality.

Wings, burgers and serious comfort food at @chickenbandits.adl 🍗🍔🔥

We went back for another feed and enjoyed:

• Chicken Wings
• Chicken Burger
• Baby Bambi Burger
• Schnitzel, Chips & Gravy

The Baby Bambi is definitely one to try — a venison patty with Swiss cheese, caramelised onion, cos lettuce, tomato and peach chutney, packing 25g of protein.

For those wanting to go bigger, there’s also the Big Daddy Stag — double venison patties, Swiss cheese, egg, caramelised onion, cos lettuce, tomato and peach chutney, with a massive 50g of protein.

And don’t forget Wingsday Wednesday — $1 wings every Wednesday, which is a pretty good excuse to round up the crew and order big.

The wings were crispy and full of flavour, the burger hit the spot, and the schnitzel with chips and gravy was proper comfort food.

All the food that is fried used Beef Tallow Fat so you don't feel bloated or that oily sensation after you eat 😍

Thanks for having us back @chickenbandits.adl team, we always love your food and hospitality 🙌😎

If you love generous portions, fresh flavours and proper comfort food, @sasmokinpizza in Queenstown is one to put on your list 🍕🔥

Located close to Port Adelaide, this local spot really impressed us with how fresh everything tasted. Their sauces are made fresh in-house, and you can tell there’s a lot of care going into the food.

Here’s what we enjoyed:

• Seafood Pizza
• Garlic Cheesy Bread
• Spaghetti Marinara
• Nuggets and Chips
• Greek Salad
• Jumbo Chicken Parmigiana

The Jumbo Chicken Parmigiana was incredibly tender, packed with flavour and such great value for the huge portion — honestly one of the best parmigianas we’ve ever had.

The Spaghetti Marinara was another standout and easily one of our favourites from the whole meal. Fresh, full of flavour and seriously satisfying. The Seafood Pizza was also fresh, tasty and loaded with flavour.

The team were so friendly and accommodating too, which made the whole experience even better.

This is the kind of place where once you try it, you’ll probably end up becoming a regular.

DUMPLINGS AFTER DARK at @soi.38 was such a fun one-night-only dining experience 🥟🔥

Chef @brendan_pang brought his dumpling magic to Adelaide with a Thai-inspired twist, while Chef @terryint turned up the heat with some seriously impressive wok action. The whole night was full of bold flavours, great energy and plenty of theatre from the kitchen.

Here’s what we enjoyed:

Snacks
• Prawn and Sesame Toast
• Chicken Satay Dumplings

First Course
• Tom Yum Prawn & Crab Wontons with Tom Yum Butter
• Charred Eggplant with Coconut & Chilli Crisps

Second Course
• Crispy Potato Massaman Pot Stickers
• Red Curry Beef Cheek
• Stir Fry Asian Greens
• Chicken Fat Jasmine Rice

Dessert
• Thai Milk Tea Wonton Mille-Feuille

Every course had so much flavour and the balance between spice, richness and freshness was really well done. The dumplings were definitely the stars of the night, but the beef cheek and dessert were also such memorable dishes.

A huge shoutout to @its__jade.adl and the team for the warm hospitality and making the whole evening feel so special.

@mexpressadl has just opened its second Adelaide location in Hillcrest, bringing even more authentic South Indian flavours to the city.

We loved how fresh and tasty everything was. The food was full of flavour without feeling overly heavy, and we walked away feeling satisfied without that bloated feeling you sometimes get after a big meal.

The drinks were lovely too and paired really nicely with the food.

The venue itself is great, the service was warm and friendly, and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming from start to finish.

Three seriously refreshing drinks to try at @twosisterscafe.adl 🧊✨

Their new -85°C Dirty Latte range is such a fun experience, with each glass frozen to a sub-zero temperature before serving for that extra icy finish.

The three flavours are:
• Pistachio Matcha
• Dirty Single O Latte
• Earl Grey Hojicha

Each one has its own unique flavour, and they’re all so smooth, refreshing and perfect when you want something a little different from your usual coffee or matcha order.

They’re limited serve daily, dine-in only and no takeaway, so definitely get in early if you want to try them.

Thanks for the lovely drinks @twosisterscafe.adl 💕
