POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Becoming a ballet dancer or rehabbing a torn adductor…who knows but I am as graceful as a fridge on wheels!

Leg days for the last 4 weeks have been spent following @forgeinjuryperformance rehab plan for a tear in my left adductor and it’s starting to pay off!

As much as I’m dying to hit a heavy squat or cleans I think @theo_morgan991 would kill me 😂 so all about patience and rebuilding my legs for the bigger goals…again!

HIP PAIN STOPPING YOU FROM ENJOYING YOUR SPORT? 🏃‍♂️🔥

Whether you’re running, lifting weights, playing football or taking part in HYROX, hip pain can seriously affect your performance.

At @forgeinjuryperformance, we carry out comprehensive injury assessments to identify what’s contributing to your hip pain and build a clear plan to get you moving again. 📈

Common causes of sporting hip pain include:

🔸 Hip flexor strains and tendon overload
🔸 Gluteal tendinopathy (hip abductor tendons)
🔸 Training load and strength-related issues
🔸 Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI)
🔸 Hip labral injuries

Running-related hip pain can sometimes be linked to increased training loads and reduced tissue capacity, but not every case is simply an overuse injury.

Our assessment looks at your injury history, hip mobility, strength, training demands and clinical signs to help identify the likely cause and screen for more serious conditions that may require further investigation.

Our goal? Not just to reduce your pain, but to rebuild your strength, confidence and capacity to return to the sport you love. 💪

📩 Struggling with hip pain? Comment “HIP” below or drop us a message and we’ll help you take the next step.

THIS IS REHAB 📈🔥

Understanding your injury and knowing how to rehabilitate it properly is one of the most important parts of any session.

Rehab isn’t just about exercises, stretches or hands-on treatment.

It’s about educating you on what’s causing your symptoms, how we can improve them and what you need to do to get back to the activities you love. 💪

At @forgeinjuryperformance, we want every client to leave their session with a better understanding of their injury, a clear plan moving forward and the confidence to take control of their recovery.

Educate. Rebuild. Perform. 🧡

Great working alongside some local Applied Nutrition coaches from Oldham this weekend! 🔵🤝

Massive thanks to Will & Libby from @theunitfitness_saddleworth & @oldhamstannes for coming over and getting involved! 📈

Also managed to help them both out with a few aches, pains and recovery work during their rest periods between waves at @turfgames 💪

Always great to put our clinical skillset to use, support local athletes and build connections with like-minded people in the fitness industry!

Great team, great event and hopefully more to come! 🔥🧡

Massive thanks to Theo and Josh, the team at @forgeinjuryperformance for the opportunity to help out and represent @appliednutrition down at @turfgames today.

Loved connecting with former @uossportrehab graduates. Inspiring to see where their careers have taken them and to pick their brains for advice.
