From the F.P archives: Bondi, in the early days.

These were shot while I was first creating @formeparadis, when so much of the world I imagined for F.P was inspired by movement, travel and life by the ocean.

So it feels fitting that Bondi is now our next In Residence pop-up destination for a morning this spring.

On Saturday 26 September, F.P arrives in Bondi for a morning of our signature challenging movement flow, with the ocean views. Sessions at 8 + 9AM, now open to book.

A place that’s been part of the F.P story from the beginning, now officially on the spring itinerary. x

A love letter to the movement that changed my life.

A very random last minute decision to attend a reformer class in 2020 changed my life forever!!

Today I had time for some self practice & it reminded me of how much the Pilates world has given me.

Pilates is such an incredible modality, for the physical benefits of course, but more importantly the way it impacts your nervous system and mind. The way it can shift a negative state into a positive one. The way it reminds you the body is your home not something to fight against. Might be your sign to give it a go :)
