There are so many people who have played a part in getting me to this point. Even though I try, I could never properly put into words how grateful I am for every single one of you.

First and foremost, my wife. You push me, support me, challenge me, and believe in me in every facet of my life. You put up with the highs, lows, sacrifices, long days, late nights, weight cuts, injuries, and everything that comes with chasing my dream. You keep me grounded and remind me why I do this. Without you, I’d be lost not just in fighting but in this world. I love you so much and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

To Shane Mills and Kagefit Academy, thank you doesn’t even begin to cover it. Shane does more for his athletes, competitors, and this community than most people will ever know or realize. Kagefit has become so much more than a place to train. It’s a family, a team, and a place where people are constantly pushing each other to become better in life not just sport. What Shane has built at Kagefit is really something special, and I’m incredibly grateful to be a part of it.

I also want to thank Fortify Fitness and Chasen Earnhart. The work we’ve put in together has changed me completely. I’ve gotten bigger, faster, stronger, more durable, and so much more which has carried over directly into my skill training, conditioning, and mental fortitude. The physical changes are obvious, but the confidence that comes with knowing your body is prepared are just as important.

And to everyone else who has trained with me, coached me, supported me, checked on me, pushed me, helped me recover, or simply sent a message to let me know you’re in my corner — thank you. There are too many names to list, but I don’t take any of it for granted.

Tomorrow I get to go out there and do what I’ve spent years preparing to do.

I am grateful. I am blessed. I am prepared.
