The week 4 of all week 4s.

Got my revenge on the 117.5 and 227.5 triples I failed during NAPF prep and I’m feeling a lil too strong for this to be the off-season 🙂‍↕️

@yenlifts we might be cooking up something respectable for @catalanoevents without the prep 🤭

SWIC Day 2 ✅ WOW 🤩

Event #4: Farmers 225lbs/hand - 4th place and I only peed myself on the 2nd pick 😏

Event #5 275lbs stone to 46” inches for 1 rep. Never let them know your next move 👀 my hamstrings are mad I sat with it on my chest for 40 seconds but my mama didn’t raise a quitter 😤 a 25lb PR to finish off the weekend.

Overall I finished 7th out of 8 incredibly strong women 🎉 My goal was to survive and instead I actually held my own & put in solid work and that feels unreal.

My coach @austynryan deserves so much credit for working with me to get me to this point. From 4 months post-partum to now, I couldn’t ask for a better coach. 100000% confidence in the plan. Two years ago I said I wanted to do a SWIC qualifier in 2026 or 2027, and to be on a National stage and get 4/5 events is incredible, and it goes to the programming, the technique & coaching of my guy Austyn.

The SWIC ladies were so welcoming and lovely, but @jacked__jackie & @bdeezylemonsqueezy were incredible and hyped me up and made me feel like a star 🌟 🥹 thank you 🫶

It was an honour and absolutely terrifying to step onto a stage this big, and everyone who cheered, gave me a fist bump, a little kudos, or pumped my tires - you have no idea how much it means, and it goes a long way 🫶

Everyone watching at home & sending me messages of encouragement - you are the best.

My husband, Charles, my mom Judy, my little sweet baby angel Miles, and my best friends @pumped.panda & @chenderson.rmt.at are the greatest support team I could ask for. Chris’ tape job this morning kept me together for each PR today.

The organizers, volunteers and crew behind this weekend were fantastic and I’m so grateful we did this one.

I hope to be back 🫡

A few weeks ago I started using my @airwaav mouthpiece, which I love.

It does however, give @travis_maclean_ the giggles in the mornings 🧐

For once @lead_piped_lace wasn’t the one distracting me during my workout 🤣

This is my audition for the roll of Nightwing.

Hip thrust: 1x10-15(RPE 7-9)
[pyramid up until i reach desired weight/difficulty]
RDL: 3x6-10(RPE 7-9)
[trying to get into higher rep ranges but heavy 6s keep calling my name]
Hip dominant leg press: 3x10(RPE 7-9)
[sneaky way to mix in a bit of quad volume, while pushing the glutes]
Pendulum squat: 1x10 (RPE 7-9)
[pyramid up until i found a comfortable weight that matched the desired RPE]
