🇧🇷Eu achando que treino de pernas era só para deixar as

Com o tempo, a gente percebe que se cuidar também é ganhar força e disposição para as atividades do dia a dia. Treinar é cuidar de você hoje e no futuro.🤍

🇺🇸I was thinking leg day was just about making my legs look good... until I realized it’s about so much more than aesthetics.

Over time, you realize that taking care of yourself also means building the strength and energy you need for everyday life.
Training is a way of taking care of yourself today and in the
future

Found these in the prep files. This was a little over 3 weeks out here. Getting the boss man’s approval at The Compound. I actually had these framed and given to @fostertrained so they can live rent free in The Compound forever.

September dump of memories that will last a life time. Rally racing in the desert, Rodeo nights, Pool Parties and Good Eats 🌵🐪

A much needed break from everyday life to celebrate both of our bachelor and bachelorette trips with our amazing family and friends. I couldn’t be more thankful to have such great people around us. Missing a few here in these pictures but we will see you soon 🖤

Swipe to see my guys hold me up on a mtn side 😂

Plane Landed 🎯
2nd place novice bodybuilding 🥈
2nd place open bodybuilding LHW 🥈
3rd place open Mr Ohio 🥉
4th place Novice Classic
4th place Classic Class B

What a unreal feeling, Jumped into the light heavy weight class with very competive group of guys and held my own. @fostertrained we did it homie. We set out to land the plane and we did just that. 🎯

When I was 16 years old I met @rjc_330 at the gym, He took me around Ohio, WV as I was watching him compete. After all the years yesterday we got to have some fun standing next to eachother. All through prep daily we spoke to eachother. Yesterday I got to battle it out with him on stage and they put us through the rounds to say the least.

Thank you @mikedaviesfitness for putting on such an amazing show!

One hell of a weekend with the boys @rjc_330 @matt_bulgrin full circle moment having all the Canton guys together on stage.

To all of my friends I’m trying to catch up on messages I will get back to everyone as I can. Right now I want to spend time with my friends and family and enjoy the blessing of having them in my life.

Post workout yesterday, Peak week is here!
It’s been a wild week that’s forsure, but the finish line is in sight. Let’s go brother! @fostertrained

Pretty full circle moment for me as I step on stage for my first time. I get to step on stage with two guys that Iv known for over a decade and watched compete time after time. I can’t wait to share the stage with my boys @rjc_330 & @matt_bulgrin it’s going to be a blast!!

I couldn’t be more thankful for the two most important people in my corner @fostertrained and my amazing fiancé @briannaa99. You guys are the reason why I am able to do this and I’m so grateful to have you both next to me. Time to finish the foster strong way.

Support crew is here. Super grateful and blessed to have them here and be able to compete again in 70.3 World Championships. Goal is to compete at a high level all day, get off the bike in one piece 😳, and let it fly on the run.

Some videos and photos from this past weekend @tatijking was able to capture of @fostertrained and I.

Getting the boss man’s approval and eyes on me seeing his smile said enough for me but we’re not done yet. I have so many words I could say but for now I’ll keep it short. Let’s finish this thing. 🎯

Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Wood.
Thank for you letting me be part of your celebration.

Greatest crew you could have to celebrate with. Have to love a good bodybuilding wedding. Awesome having such a group of guys together whose friendships all started simply with a passion for the gym and how close it’s brought so many of us together, friendships forged forever.

And of course, truck meals in between.
