O que vai me ajudar a melhorar minha performance.

Faz um ano que faço minha própria preparação física e acho que os resultados não foi tão ruim assim. Alguns campeonatos matando meus adversários no gás 🤣

Have you ever competed and only realized afterwards that your head was somewhere else completely? 🥋

It happens to every athlete at some point. In this video I talk about one of the hardest decisions a competitor can face, and a practical tool for when you choose to go forward. 🧠

If you know someone who could benefit from this, save it and share it. #thebjjmentalcoach #bjjmentalcoach #authenticity #ibjjf #bjj

2026 @ibjjf Medium Heavy Master 1 World Champion 🥇🏆

After 5 tough matches, I was able to secure the gold yesterday here in Las Vegas.

I’ve fallen short in a few big competitions this year and last year, losing fights at the very end. But I kept pushing, kept believing, and I never gave up.

I sacrificed a lot for this title. Many days waking up before the sun to put in the work, making sacrifices, and doing everything I could to be ready for this moment.

Most importantly, I want to truly thank everyone who has been part of this journey. Fighting here was not easy, but I had the help and support of so many friends, family, and especially my wife, who has supported me in so many different ways.

I’m incredibly proud to represent my country 🇧🇷, my teams Foundation BJJ & Team Kimura Nova União, and all of my sponsors who always have my back.

This gold represents much more than five fights. It represents the work, the sacrifices, the setbacks, the people who believed in me, and the decision to never give up.

World Champion. 🥇

Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey. ❤️

Now… back to work. There’s always another goal. 🥋🔥

Was originally wearing a watch to control the camera. Wanted to erase it from the picture. Original post was accidentally deleted. Thanks @foundationbjj for allowing me to train with you while visiting family and vacationing. Everyone I met is chill and down to earth. Great clean and friendly environment. I enjoyed the time spent in your gym. I look forward to training here again when I return. Oss 🤙🏽@foundationbjj @horlandomonteirobjj @souzzatheus @tomcgarcia
