What if movement could help you feel more connected to your body?

Our six week mindful martial arts program is about so much more than physical movement.

Hosted by Chris Tannous from @foundations.sd , participants learn to slow down become more aware of their bodies and move with intention in a safe and supportive environment.

Through mindful movement they’re building confidence, improving coordination, developing body awareness and connecting with others along the way.

At Closer Care, we believe meaningful group activities should support both physical and mental well-being while creating opportunities for connection and personal growth.
