Want to become a yoga teacher but you having trouble choosing your training? Then let me share with you why we are the Academy to join.

After many years of hosting and joining trainings ourselves we created a special format. This hybrid training lets you study before at home philosophy and anatomy, so we can keep the in person section of the training more suitable for your holidays you might need from work. You will also get much more actual training you need to be able to guide a full class, learn how to sequence well and build your own classes that make sense.

We even offer you 3 months of coaching after the training to help you start you business of preparing you to start working at a studio near you. We own our own studio, guide retreats and trainings so we have a lot of experience in all these fields (most teachers in trainings just teach trainings). Also our lead teacher Eli has many years of experience in business, so she can help you build yours.

Next training will be in Ericeira Portugal 🇵🇹 from 24th of April until 9 of may 2027. But join today so you can join the community and start learning directly!

There are only 9 spots available so don’t miss out !!

People often ask me what happens at my Trainings or Workshops.

The answer is...

A lot more than learning new exercises.

Yes, we explore mobility.

Yes, we build strength.

Yes, we dive into movement principles.

But what people often remember most isn’t a specific drill.

It’s the conversations.

The laughter.

The moments of curiosity.

The feeling of realizing you’re capable of something you didn’t think was possible.

That’s what learning feels like.

A workshop is a space where questions are welcomed, mistakes are part of the process, and everyone, regardless of experience, has something to contribute.

Watching people encourage one another, celebrate small breakthroughs, and leave feeling more confident is one of the greatest joys of teaching.

To everyone who has joined a workshop: thank you for bringing your curiosity, your openness, and your energy. You make these experiences what they are.

🌿 If you’ve been thinking about joining, I’d love to welcome you to an upcoming workshop.

And if you can’t be there in person, you can continue practicing with us inside *Alchemy Movement Online*, our online community for yoga, mobility, strength, and mindful movement.

Send me a *DM with “WORKSHOP”* to learn about upcoming events, or visit the link in my bio to join our online community.

🤍 Move for the life you want to live.

Movement is better when it’s shared 🌿

I made a little recap of what we explored during our mixed movement sessions throughout June!

Mixed movement blends different movement disciplines into one playful and explorative practice. Drawing inspiration from dance, martial arts, locomotion, partner work, balance and soft acrobatics, we explore new ways of moving with curiosity, creativity and intention.

Thanks to everyone who joined! It’s the people who make these sessions what they are 🤍

The next mixed movement sessions outdoor will be on Saturday 15 August & Saturday 22 August from 10:00-11:15, again in the Euromast park Rotterdam. For more information you can find all details in my bio. Hope to see u there 🤸🏼‍♀️🪶🌞🌿

Last weekend we wrapped up the 4~week mixed movement course, and this one felt special. Over the weeks we explored mixed movement through flow, mobility, locomotion & acrobatics. Here’s a small recap of the final day.

Throughout the 4 weeks I’ve seen some familiar faces and some new ones, and it was truly special to move with all of you. Not only did we grow stronger, but we also became more at home with the floor… and with space as a place for play and authenticity. Learning to be more reactive through objects, but most importantly, finding people who share a common language and interest of movement. Basically, being sound and having a laugh.

Being able to teach is a skill that needs to be learned. And no book or online training can ever prepare you for this!

You need to step infront of a full room and learn how to guide them. We put a lot of time and effort during our training to develop this skill.

So you are confident and ready when you go out become the next teacher at your local yoga studio or gym.

When we Move & Breathe we find how to make our practice meditative to us. Not to be confused with actual meditation (Dhyana), but getting into a state where our breathe and movement become one. When we hold postures longer we bring our focus into the present moment and observe.

For someone who loves to write, it feels strange to have trouble putting into words what this experience was and what it meant. I still can’t quite wrap my head around it.
It was challenging, for sure, but I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to go through it with. I’ll be forever grateful for the knowledge, love, laughter, tears, and hugs we shared. Without you, it wouldn’t have been the same. So, while I’m still trying to find the right way to acknowledge everything that happened, I want to thank you with these few words.

This is for you
The one who crossed my path,
Who knew from the start how to walk by my side and take my hand in yours.
Who held me a little tighter when I needed it most.
An inspiration.
A reminder of how beautiful life can be when we let love and kindness in.
Happiness is already within us; it doesn’t need to be chased. And you helped me rediscover mine.
Thank you.

Getting a solid foundation of your Asana practice is an important part of being a yoga teacher. Knowing how to break down a posture to the essentials so you are able to guide someone step by step no matter what level they are at.

But also knowing how to practice on your own so you can build up your own skills step by step and keep growing. Building a solid self practice as a teacher is vital as many lose their personal practice when they start to teach more.

Keep learning and join us in one of the upcoming trainings.

Starting every morning with a full length practice where we not only focus on Asana, but also spend time on pranayama, kriya, mantra & meditation. Learning all these aspects is important to create a well rounded personal practice.

During the YTT you don’t only learn how to teach other people but also how to teachyourself. Practice what you teach, so never stop your practice!
