HAPPY 22ND BIRTHDAY TO ME 🥳
I’ve never posted for my birthday before, but this year I think It deserves a massive shoutout.

I didn’t go into it planning much honestly, only the Ironman was on the cards. But here’s to sum up:
• Full-distance Ironman
• Picked up rock climbing 🧗‍♀️
• First YouTube video (almost at 10k views!) + documentary filmed 🎥
• Ran the Rome Marathon 🇮🇹
• Ran around the entire Isle of Wight
• Signed up for Hyrox… ended up in hospital instead 🫠
• Completed the 25-hour WTM 🏃‍♀️
• Attempted my first 100-mile ultra
• 6 Spartan Races (2 Trifectas!)
• Raised over £6,000 for charity 💛
• Essex Cup finalist + 2nd place with Hashtag

Not bad for a year I didn’t see coming.

I feel lucky. I feel blessed. I feel privileged to have my health, my energy, and the fire to keep showing up.

You can achieve incredible things. You can push limits and surprise yourself.
But what makes life truly meaningful is love. Not just romantic but all types of love. Just asking yourself how can I live my life with more love?

I love my family ,I love my family, I love the world ,I love everyone ,I love me , I love you, I love everything , I love period. ❤️

🏅 Medal Monday: Celebrating Fran! 🏅

Let’s give it up for Fran @thefradc, who just crushed London Hyrox female pairs with an incredible sub-90-minute finish! Her strength, speed, and relentless drive were on full display as she powered through one of the toughest fitness challenges out there.

Hyrox isn’t just a race, it’s a test of endurance, grit, and mental toughness—and Fran passed with flying colours. From the first kilometer to the final wall ball, she gave it her all and showed us what’s possible with determination and focus.

Amazing work, Fran! You’ve inspired us all to dream bigger and work harder.

Well done 👏

• These 3 rockstars bossed Ride London on the weekend. Longest ride in the bag for them all. This is a great milestone reached for their Ironman later this summer.
Well done 👏 🌟 #youareamazing

When a 100 mile bike race just prep for another race…

If you’d ask me at the beginning of the year if i’d ride 100miles around London + Essex, I would have laughed. The thought alone sounds daunting knowing what London + Essex roads can be like with the hills 📈 but it just goes to show what hard work, consistency and belief can do.

I won’t lie and say I thought I could boss the ride from the onset, I was nervous and questioned if I’d be able to finish, if I’d be able to climb the hills and much more but I did it anyway! Believing in the training, the process and showing up needs to be spoken on more than it is. It’s in these moments we answer the deep questions we have that can at times leave us stuck in a certain position.

It rained at some points, it was hilly at some points but most importantly, I had an overall epic day. Riding with @thefradc and @wiktoriafronc for the first 53 miles was a joy as they were singing, making up funny scenarios and talking to random people along the way 😂 and I decided to go the rest alone to try mimic in my mind, what my ironman 70.3 would be like.

Grateful to have met some really cool people along the ride too as we encouraged ourselves, people made me feel proud about my bike 😌

4 Weeks out now to my Ironman 70.3 and this hard thing that I did has given me an extra boost of confidence in believing more in myself.

While we believe in championing women every day, today is a reminder of the importance of women supporting women.

Supporting each other isn’t just about swim, bike, run and PB’s; it’s about creating a sense of belonging that empowers everyone to become the best version of themselves.

Here’s to all the incredible women in team PA who support and uplift each other. Thank you for inspiring us daily and for being strong role models. 💪🏼🧨

Another week of Ironman Training + I’ve been thinking deeply on the power of community and, how it fosters consistency + builds confidence. Finding genuine people that are interested in the same thing + also your growth is a lovely thing. I’ve found that it’s built my confidence to do hard things as well as keep me consistent on the goal. Authentic community is beautiful ❤️
How’s your week been?

2023 has been a massive year for a ton of reasons. Road trips, the return to racing, travel, marriages, partying and much much more. The biggest take away from the year is the people that I live my life with, you’ve all made it the best year to date. Here’s to an even better year, with even more memories.
