We’re delighted to bring the @franklinmethod to Allianz Malaysia, through our pelvis trainer @amberlyn.inmotion from @onespacewellness , as part of their October wellness initiatives.

Through the Franklin Method®, we invited Allianz employees to pause, reconnect with their bodies, and explore a different approach to movement through anatomy, imagery, and sensory awareness.

Because sometimes, moving better isn’t about trying harder or constantly correcting your posture. It starts with understanding what you feel and discovering new ways to experience movement.

This October, as we recognise Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s remember that well-being also includes making time to reconnect with ourselves, one mindful movement at a time. 🧡

Three inspiring days of **Pelvic Floor Fascia Training with Eric Franklin** in beautiful Udaipur, India! 🇮🇳

Together, we explored the pelvic floor through dynamic imagery, self-touch and movement, deepening our understanding of anatomy and bringing it to life through embodied experience.

It’s not about forcing a stretch or trying to “fix” something.

🍂 The Paradox of Going Slow 🍂
This past month, I made a conscious decision to slow down, step back from social media, and give myself space…
I found myself more energised, clear, and productive as a result.
In our modern world, rushing and feeling overwhelmed has become the default. Our thinking brains literally cannot compute the sheer volume of data coming past our eyes and ears every day - so if you ever catch yourself saying, “I just have no mental space,” know that there is a real neurobiological truth in that statement!
For women, this constant fast pace often leaves our nervous systems totally depleted. We move so fast that we leave ourselves behind.
But when we take time to slow right down, our bodies finally feel heard we get to rest with energy instead of exhaustion.
