I can’t believe it’s senior year for this girl. She’s accomplished so much already and has even more planned. Big thanks to @nikkifrankphotography for taking such gorgeous photos for us and to @plant_mode for graciously letting us use this beautiful shop to shoot in. I’m sure you’ll be seeing more of them soon🥰

The pandemic and social distancing is hard. We used to rely on the weekends for our socializing with other kids since B is an only child and homeschooled. We haven’t hung out with our little cousin in probably a year. These last few days have been a treat for us ☺️ and watching these boys play and use their imagination has brought a lot of joy. What else can you do on a Snow ❄️ day if it’s too cold 🥶 to build a snowman ☃️?Play with your @mathusee blocks and build “ones castle” as the boys are calling it. 👑 🏰 🧮 📚 #homeschoolfun #mathfun #snowdays❄️

We took a little break from IG for a bit but we were busy this fall. Here’s a field trip we took to the Great Pumpkin Patch near the Amish community. We learned about life as a student in one room schoolhouses over a hundred years ago, we saw pumpkins and gourds of many different types, listened to some live bluegrass music, had some yummy treats and spent time with some of our favorite people @fiddlemaniac #TGPP #aurthuril #oldschoolhouse #homeschoolerscheckoutschools #homeschool #homeschoolfieldtrips #pumpkins #exploringthemidwest #midwestlife #510learningacademy

And just like that, Summer is over. ☀️ it seems as if I remember so many rainy first days of school. This little guy lost his 6th tooth last night. These are the days we will long for someday. Soaking up every moment. Hoping all have a great school year. We will be posting some of our fun activities. #followus #homeschoolersrock #rainyfirstdayofschool #firstgradelife #1stgrade #1stgradehomeschooling #510learningacademy #adventurewithus
