There’s something really special about watching an idea leave your heart and become a reality. 🤎

A few months ago, this was just a thought. An idea rooted in my own wellness journey and a desire to create a space where we could move our bodies, slow down, connect, and simply do life together.

To every woman who came to my very first Hot Girl Hike—thank you. Thank you for trusting me, for showing up, embracing one another, and helping make this first experience everything I hoped it would be (and more). You all reminded me why community matters so much.

As I reflected on the day, I realized something...

This was never just about hosting a hike.

It was about creating intentional experiences that bring people together.

So while this event was introduced as Hot Girl Hike, I’m excited to officially share the bigger vision.

✨ The Muse Experience.

The Muse Experience is a series of intentional gatherings designed to bring The Muse Collective together through movement, meaningful conversations, creativity, wellness, and shared experiences.
Whether it’s a hike, workshop, community conversation, retreat, book club, or wellness event, every Muse Experience is an opportunity to slow down, connect with others, and take another step on the journey of becoming.

It’s one piece of a much bigger vision I’ve been building.

🤎 Mabel, Your Muse is me—a reflection of who I am and my commitment to living intentionally.
🌿 The Muse Collective is the community we’re building together.
✨ The Muse Experience is the series of intentional gatherings that brings our community together through movement, conversation, creativity, wellness, connection, and shared experiences.

This first experience was intentionally created as a space for women, but don’t worry, fellas—your invitation is coming. As The Muse Experience continues to grow, I’m excited to create intentional gatherings that welcome everyone into The Muse Collective.

Thank you for believing in the vision before it had a name.
Here’s to many more shared experiences.

Here’s to becoming. 🤎

Stability seems to an all encompassing theme as I step into 26. Although I’m not where I “want to be,” I’m exactly where I “need to be” to get where I’m “destined to go”

As I celebrate and give gratitude for yet another milestone, I’m reminded that God has already done it.

My favorite tradition I’ve begun with myself:
a poem for every age, to set the tone.

26 Hz
Not Measured, Felt

December 30, 2025

“Are you happy? You’re 26!”
I wasn’t expecting this question
so early into this chapter.

Content.
Stable.
The words that come to mind,
when when I try to name how I feel—
right now.

First emotional assessment
of this new age, complete.

I believe that I’ve been moving
and thinking on a new level.
There’s a deep knowing
that everything is working in my favor.

So I don’t fret.
I simply move with ease.

This calm,
this peace,
is my birthright—
and I will bask in it!

This chapter feels like a blank canvas,
and I look forward to
gracing it with the finest of brushes
and the brightest of paints.

I hold nothing back.
I live in passion.
Breaking free from any mental blockages
and emotional restraints.

This is the freest
I’ve felt in a long time.
At least I think.

With age comes more grace,
beauty,
and most importantly—clarity.

A clarity sharpened by experience.
Life should be lived
fully
and with intention.

Not overthinking your intention,
but putting it into motion.

The older you get,
it truly sinks in.

I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m beyond grateful.
I remain open to receiving—
a frequency very different for me,
but one I am more than deserving of.

Lessons and blessings,
all designed to elevate me
on every front.

God designed it to be so.

“26 sounds odd—“
I’ve already said a handful of times.
But I know it will surprise me
in the best ways.

And for that,
God,
I thank you in advance.

• It’s Official🎓🤍

I’m honored to say I’ve graduated with my bachelors in business marketing!!!

Rocked with this university for 5 years and I’m so thankful for all the communities and organizations that I have been a part of/started: @asi.csusm @csusm.asa @bcm.csusm @csusmbsc @csusm.bsu ,etc. Not only did these orgs shape me to who I am today, but also the friends, mentors professors and coworkers that I’ve met and made along the way. For that, I am beyond thankful!.

My biggest achievement is not this degree but that I accomplished my main goal coming into CSUSM — to make an impact/change and leave a mark on that campus. From…
- creating an organization for african students
- advocating for DEI within spaces on campus
- advocating for BLACK students on campus (iykyk)
- being a voice for those who don’t get heard on campus
- serving, empowering, and engaging w/ and for students
- connecting with other campuses’ orgs
- painting the campus with colorful graphic designs
- showcasing my art work
- being a big sister to underclassmen
- sharing my college experience w/ others
- internships
- etc (tbh just check my ‘college life’ highlights)

This is really one for the books!
