If you keep starting and stopping you’ll never get there.

That’s the part that’s on you, that’s the part that no special talent, no genetics, no peptides, no coach can give you.

Show the fuck up for yourself everyday, in real ways.

The rest of my photos are on a disposable camera so we will see them in 14 business days.

Just out here doing stuff with people who make my brain tingle ⚡️

For the last month we collected anonymous workplace confessions, and for @startupcincy Week our own @freddymaconair, and @_amypvaughan, Managing Director of the @themarketercollab, sat down to read them. And guys, we are not ok 🤣

Can you relate? Let us know in the comments!

The first day of #startupweekcincy was such massive reminder of the wonderful community and abundance of possibility we have right here in our own backyard, when we show up and take part.

This time last year, I was not the same person.
And every bit of growth and success I’ve had was hard earned through blood, sweat and a lot of tears.

But for every kind word, acknowledgement, compliment, and hug - you’ve gotten me through it.

As @themarketercollab prepares to turn 1 year old, I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than with out @startupcincy friends.

Thank you; @cintrifuse @togetherindigital @sue.baggott @coworkingmicro @jonithom @freddymaconair @lsf.wellness @mertzdesignstudio @amacincinnati @mollywellmann @miamioh_entrepreneurship @isabel.celia.ely @jimtucker_studio @cincinnatijim @allyson_the_instagreat @cindependentfilmfestival for your words of wisdom and inspiration 💚

We all have those little habits we pick up growing up, like licking the Q-tip before cleaning our ears. Ever wonder why? Turns out, most of us don't even know the reason, just that we saw others do it.

We asked our cast a very important question in today’s media: Should podcast equipment be banned?
