International Coeliac Awareness Day 🧡

Coeliac disease can feel overwhelming at first, especially as a child. But over time, we’ve found amazing people, incredible gluten free businesses, and a community that makes you feel less alone 🧡

Awareness matters because everyone deserves to feel safe, included and understood 🧡

Coeliac disease affects 1 in 100 people in the UK. If you’re experiencing symptoms, please take the free self-assessment:

Link is also in our bio 🧡👍

Ad|Pr ticket - Free From Community at @freefromevents Festivals - The Free From Festival is not just the highlight of the year because of all the amazing food we get to eat with no worries or stress, it's also the people who support each other, share recommendations and meeting the business owners/geniuses who have worked hard to bring us these gluten-free goodies!

Bristol is next (7th & 8th March - head to @freefromevents for tickets) plus the very first Manchester Free From Festival has just been announced for December!

Fish and Chips (Gf & Df) - I had to travel on Thursday evening & meeting up with @freefrom_el & @samantha.egan_ for a chippy tea picnic made it so much better!

We grabbed fish & chips from @hirdsfamilyfisheries then drove to Manor Heath park in Halifax. The fish was great, lovely batter, served with tasty chips & mushy peas! Excellent company & excellent food!
Mini sauce bottles are by Joie from @tesco .

💕 Thank you 💕

#internationalthankyouday

It means the world to us that you have chosen to join Immy on this journey, both the wins and the struggles. Your ongoing support allows us to continue creating and sharing content with all of you and help you see how being a mini Coeliac is okay.

We promise to continue creating content that inspires and shows you that being Coeliac isn't all that bad. Hopefully we are doing our bit to help raise awareness, support and share all things Coeliac and Gluten free.

Thank you for being a part of our Gluten Free community. You are all amazing and there are so many of you that have been so supportive! Here’s to creating more memories and making more meaningful connections together. Thank you!
