Back to school is more than supplies and schedules.

It can mean new teachers, new routines, new pressure, and new feelings. For some young people, it brings excitement. For others, anxiety. For many, it is both.

That is why youth wellness belongs in back-to-school conversations.

Through RACE, Network Connect works with school partners to support resilience, coping skills, and connection to caring adults during and beyond the school day.

Thank you to Freire Charter School Wilmington, The Bayard School, EastSide Charter School, and Odyssey Charter School for helping create supportive spaces where young people can feel connected, supported, and equipped to manage stress.

If your child is carrying big feelings this season, start with one steady conversation, one routine, and one reminder that they do not have to figure it all out today.
