Our Roasted Butternut Squash Sourdough is a labor of love. And we do mean labor!

First, we roast the butternut squash and scoop it by hand. Then we incorporate it into our sourdough, giving each loaf its soft, tender crumb. From there, every loaf is shaped by hand, scored, and rolled in toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds before baking.

It’s a lot of work. But we think it’s worth it.

There’s something special about bread made this way, where every step involves a little care, attention, and craftsmanship. And we hope you can taste that in every slice.

Our team loves this loaf, and we’re happy to share that it’s sticking around through the end of the year!

Find it at these shops in and around Philly:

Started my day placing my @freshfromzone7 order for this week at @dukefarms. 😉🦅🚛

Then I made my way to the store to grab groceries for my client’s Monday meal prep, only to be greeted by pumpkins… are we ready yet?! 👀🎃

Had a glorious time stacking this fam up for a full fridge.

And also that crisper drawer was making my dreams come true indeed. 🧅✨

It’s the end of August. It’s the quiet before the Fall rush. Heirlooms are still coming in hot, organic baby lettuce is stunning, NJ peaches are better than ever, organic cucumbers are being made into our house pickles. All of this is possible through our partnership with @freshfromzone7

I’m so proud of what we’ve done this summer and I CAN’T WAIT for our fall menu to drop. Come and snag this beautiful BLT made with thick cut bacon and @bakerstbread sourdough before it leaves!
