not settling for mediocrity means you gotta be a bit obsessed about it.

most won’t get it, some may think you’re going insane and lost you’re mind.
truth is I’ve found my mind.

be obsessed with your craft, there’s nothing wrong with a bit of insanity if it makes you better.

i love this sh** man, it’s a lifestyle.

have courage to inspire others to inspire themselves.

grateful to train with a great group of individuals recently.

pushing yourself is a choice that no one else can make for you.
surround yourself with those who encourage you to face discomfort and support you through the pain - no progress is made in the comfort zone in any area of life.

it’s a mindset thing, you either get it, or you don’t.

i love this sh** man, it’s a lifestyle.

Been taking 3-5min rest between sets and doing about 8 reps to near failure. Incredible how my strength has increased.

Train with intensity. Next time you doing weights try take longer rest periods and push yourself for 3 sets with 8 reps, with your 7th and 8th reps one almost failing

Let me know how you do. Remember to keep your form, no ego lifting.
