The plants held me deeper than I could have known this summer. I went through a very abrupt and traumatic divorce that started in July, Losing my partner, home, any sense of stability, my ability to run my business, my garden, animals, ect, All that I was poring my heart and soul into vanished overnight.

Amidst so much confusion and pain I found myself sitting with the earth, in many places, singing, weeping, bleeding, and listening.

Working with ally’s like Motherwort, and rose to sooth my heart.

Violet and Rose oil to move stagnation from my body.

Passionflower, chamomile, and lavender to ease spiraling thoughts and support my sleep.

St. John’s wort offered new awareness without even consuming them.

Pine, mugwort, and poppy, gently guided my path forward.

Yarrow, calendula, and mugwort to cleanse my womb

Saying yes this year to diving deeper into relationship with the plants, medicine making, and reciprocity with the earth has changed my life in more ways than I can count, and in ways I never could have expected.

I want to share some of these medicines I have been crafting, your support means so much to me as I move to Colorado, starting over with my business, a new job, and new home, in a little town that has been calling my name ever so kindly.

Leaning on these plants in this season of my life has truly saved me, not just because of the medicine they offer to our physical bodies, but our spirits as well.

I hope you find something you love, reach out with any questions or to place an order. I will be fulfilling all orders and shipping them next week as I land in my new space.

Blessings and gratitude🫶

The other day, I spent hours processing some of the herbs I have harvested this summer, each one a quiet teacher in my hands.

Through my apprenticeship this year, I’ve learned that plants offer healing far beyond consumption. Their medicine flows through the entire process of witnessing and observing them, collecting, processing, and making medicine.

As I processed these herbs, I was reminded of the healing they have offered me this summer. Sitting in nature watching their quiet rhythms. Singing them Songs and giving offerings reminding me we are woven from the same material. Each moment spent gathering, drying, and tending to them has been healing for me.

Herbalism to me isn’t just about remedies, it’s about forging a deep bond with these living beings and the ancient traditions that interweave us with the plant realm.

Lavender taught me patience, as I gently pulled each flower from its stem, one by one. 🪻

Calendula whispered of brighter days ahead🌞

Motherwort softened the tightness in my chest, just being in her presence was enough❤️‍🔥

Mullein reminded me to speak my truth with clarity 🦋

Stinging Nettles spoke of being misunderstood and sparked the life in my hands 🌿

Yarrow showed me resilience, with their ability to thriving in nearly any condition. 💛

Wild red raspberry leaf reminded me to hold and honor boundaries, her thorny stems guarding her potent medicine. 🌹

I’m so Grateful to be learning and growing, one of the biggest take aways is healing begins with safety, not solutions. I feel like words will never describe the earth shattering experience that is in breath journey facilitator training. It’s intimate and soft and tender and triggering and truly safe. I’ve never felt so alive and so loved. Love for myself and love for others. Sovereignty at its finest, it makes you truly look at yourself in truth and light and an authenticity that only breath can teach. Our breath is the biggest teacher and purest medicine. I’ve never felt closer to god, and my fellow feminine divine sisters. I am thankful to my core for the wisdom and experience that can only felt through surrender and the most profound powerful teachings of the soul. I feel like I’m in the cocoon still like the stage of our butterflies. Thank you @collette.elosha and shout out to @hippie_butter_ for the most soul quenching oils and lotions!!
