Some gorgeous freshly harvested flower bunches out on the stand this morning. My friend Silvia @fromtheforest_vt has so kindly harvested, prepped, and bunched the flowers for this week while I am on vacation in the Adirondacks. All profits from today’s sales go to her because she is a superstar for doing this while I relax 😎. Come by and support her and local AG.

Flower stand is open! Silvia @fromtheforest_vt was so kind to take over harvesting and bouquet making this week while I rest and recover in Provincetown. All profits are hers today, so come out and support an awesome person! 🩷🌸

Monday, Monday, Monday!!! It’s Monday!

Congrats to last weeks leaders! @jas060979 @crzymtngirl @brettsanner @kingsfan1068 @alisonwotton, Ben and Shiloh!

Keeping it short and sweet today. Great work everyone over the last few weeks accomplishing your fitness and life goals! Never stop!

Lastly, it’s awesome to get a nice personalized message whenever an organization is doing a round of fundraising. As always, consider making a donation to an organization that helps the land we run, hike, bike or swim on…..or make a donation to an organization that helps/gets people/kids outside, any amount counts! My top three suggestions are the @pctassociation @slatevalleytrails and @theheroesproject.

Have a great week everyone!
