Is the problem you’re experiencing seven layers deep or do you just need an all-female lead Design and Construction Team to manage your renovation project from start to finish?!!? Our visionary clients understood the importance of engaging a Design Team (us) and a Build Team (@frontporchproperties) whose vision and approach seamlessly aligned, to come together to design and renovate a dreamy coastal Home packed to the rafters with functionality, practicality, clever storage solutions, an additional ensuite bathroom, his and hers robe, mudroom AND design details true to the vintage of the Home, so that it still looks and feels like the Beachside Shack that it is and should remain (in a slightly more elevated way). Which room is your fave? Tell me in the comments below x 1-Rach and I (just woke up like this) 2-Bed 3 moments 3-Bed 2 Fancy Wall Panelling details 4-Master Ensuite we pulled out of a Hat (very stylishly) 5-Main Bathroom, with everyone’s favourite wall mirror 6-Front Entry (that internal breeze block wall though! 😍) 7-Layers and layers in this Living Room (custom errything) 8-Ditto 9-Smallish Powder Room packing a biggish punch 10-A Team, Female Lead Collab 🤍 Pics by @mezicstudio

After design ideas for a reno or a build 💭 ?? Make sure to follow Rachael at @frontporchproperties. Rach is a talented licensed builder and has amazing flair for beautiful interiors and design. Check out one of her latest kitchen designs .. and it's a flatpack!!! ♥ #repost Our flat pack @kaboodlekitchen from @bunnings ! 😍😍😍 * 👉The island benchtop is a massive piece of Vic Ash (also supplied by @kaboodlekitchen). * 👉We just routed the edges (to take off the sharp edges), sanded & coated with 3 coats of clear hard wax oil. (Sanding between coats) * Love how it’s turned out & love the casual dining nook at the end of the island with our custom timber legs. 👌Little custom details like that is what really helps to make a flat pack kitchen look custom ! 👌 . Pro photos taken by Louise @villastyling 🙌🏻❤️ * #kaboodlekitchen #flatpack #flatpackkitchen #bunningskitchen #frontporchproperties #kitchendesign #kitchendesignideas #brisbanebuilder #farmhousekitchen #modernfarmhousekitchen #kitchenisland #sagegreenkitchen #greenkitchen #openshelves #farmhouse #modernfarmhouse #kitchensofinstagram #kitchensofinsta #brisbanebuilders #shewearboots #supportsmallbusiness

I have loved interacting with all of the other businesses featured in this guide. Petria works so hard on all of the information, posts and tips included and it really helps. I have learned so much about social media! My following and interactions have continued to grow⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ @planet.angels- SARINA⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It was lovely to work with Petria and be part of the Ultimate Eco Friendly Christmas Guide.
