𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐀 '𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐑' + '𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍' 𝐃𝐎𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐂𝐃

⚠This is just a mockup and not a real product!

Inspired by the 'Compact Disc' prompt from TOMORA-TOBER (by @tomoradiscord)

Made with Photoshop and presented with Canva, no AI used.

I had already thought of this concept but as a vinyl however I thought I might as well make the CD mockup first for tomoratober

'COME CLOSER' originally featured a pink disc however it blended into the label too much. It would work irl however in terms of a mockup the blue stood out against the pink more.

(Tbf, I could've changed the label colour but I really wanted to use pink and blue labels to give more of a "deluxe" feel compared to the official CDs)

'CELEBRATION' was going to have a blue disc but swapping the disc colours with 'COME CLOSER' allows the mockup to "pop" more

The cover I made has a similar effect to both official covers whilst featuring both blue and pink rather than one or the other

The back cover/tracklisting was also made in order to feature both tracklistings for both CDs

Some alt covers I made! (Well I only made one, I love that cat poster so I ended up using that as the cover before deciding to make my own)

I do wanna make some more TOMORA items inspired by this list but tbh I doubt I'll make EVERYTHING here

Also I'm not following the dates either because I'm such a rebel (it'll stress me out).

I do have some cassette mockups coming up next!!

we fell in love in october - girl in blue edition

⚠This is just a mockup and not a real product!

Once I saw the blue wfilio cover I knew I had to make a 7" mockup, I know I probably should've made the disc a deeper blue to match the cover but once I edited the 'October Passed Me By' cover the leaves became my favourite shades of blue sooooo here we are.

Speaking of the other side, I decided to make it side AA rather than side B because I think both of these songs deserve equal love and attention!

I also decided to replace 'forget her' with 'OPMB' just to further differentiate it from the standard/official vinyl plus I think it'd be cool to have them on the same disc since they're sister songs.

As always, made with Photoshop and presented with Canva using absolutely no AI

𝐐𝐕𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐒

After having the concept for a year or so now I've finally decided to make a few cassette mockups based around Qveen Herby!!

I unfortunately don't have any of her music on vinyl (yet) soooo maybe I'll make some of these irl too!!

Made via Photoshop and displayed with Canva, no AI used.

@qveenherby

𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐪𝐯𝐞𝐞𝐧

One of my favourite Qveen Herby projects, I wasn't sure if I wanted this to be red, purple or green but I decided to go with purple to make it unique against the others.

I feel like the purple paired with the diamond label matches the luxurious Halloween vibe perfectly!

𝐌𝐀𝐃 𝐐𝐕𝐄𝐄𝐍

Since the cover matches 'Halloqveen', I wanted the cassette to do the same whilst still being unique. It shares the same black and white pattern theme whilst featuring stripes instead of diamonds.

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐄

Another of my favourite Qveen Herby projects (maybe even my number one fave), this cassette's label features the same purple image as the cover.

I made most of these cassette designs a year or so ago but ended up changing all of them. 'THE MUSE' is the only design I haven't changed as I think it already looks great!

𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐖𝐈𝐅𝐄

This cassette has a few versions on my computer, originally it was an orange cassette with a solid pink label but I thought it ended up looking quite boring compared to the other cassettes. I introduced the checkered pattern inspired by a 50s kitchen and played around with where each colour (orange, pink and now blue) until I decided to make the cassette blue instead of orange and move orange to the label.

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐋𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐓

Whilst being the simplest design, the soft gradient label makes the neon green really pop. I tried a few ways to introduce red and blue too however after trying a purely green palette I decided that less is more with this design.

𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐟 𝐐𝐯𝐞𝐞𝐧

Whilst only making one design, I did have another idea for a tropical themed label similar to the background photo however I decided to go with a design that best matches the cover.

Sticking with golds and blues to match the underwater, golden shell that Qveen Herby sits on.

My records organized by colour!!

I've been meaning to go through/re-organize my collection for multiple reasons (see if there are any I wanna sell, check if I've forgot to add any to my discogs collection etc.) so thought why not organise them by colour for a bit!

Idk how long they'll be like this so I wanted to post it here to remember it when it goes back to normal

How it looked before:

I'll probably go back to this because it's all alphabetized so everything is way easier to find. Although the colours look pretty idk how easy it'll be to find anything 😭

I decided to start with green rather than red to make it a little more interesting. Turns out most of my vinyl have either blue, red or pink spines so there isn't as noticeable of a gradient as I hoped butttt that's just an excuse to buy more

Added some trinkets to zhuzh it up a little

Green → Blue → Purple

Pink → Darker Purple → Red

Orange → Beige → White

Grey → Black

Also wanted to go the geeky route and see it with different lantern rings (iykyk)

I have actually made/posted this idea before however I ended up remaking it. I've been meaning to post this again for some time but since 'Touch Touch' has been released, I knew the diamond pattern (with an alternate colour scheme to match the cover) would make the perfect 7 inch single.

So I made an extra mockup and here we are!

(P.S: The centers of the 12" and 7" picture discs are actually slightly different to show they're different sizes! But you can't really tell because of the pattern lol)

Ariana Grande Petal Urban Outiftters Exclusive vinyl
I love this album so so much. I love all of the varients... except this one.
The EU and UK pressing clearly aren't the same as the mockups and the US pressings. so I might get another one when they sort out that issue

SOUNDS FROM THE BACKROOMS
Backrooms themed cassette
⚠This is just a mockup and not a real product!

This is a really simple design I had, using the just iconic backrooms wallpaper.
I thought the audio could either be the movie soundtrack or some creepy, static-y backrooms ambience

The (side) 'A' is inspired by the glitched/deformed 'still life' seen in the backrooms movie!

Halsey: The Great Impersonator (Deluxe)

⚠These are just mockups and not real products!
I am in no way affiliated with Halsey or her team.

I had plenty of ideas for what the pressings could look like so why not make them all. I even included some die-cut sleeve designs, I wanted to include all of the symbols featured in "The Great Impersonator" but honestly I think the design with just the star looks best!

Lemme know which pressing is your favourite!

Upcoming gigs!!
I decided to make some A5 prints for the gigs I'm headed to this year, I did try to switch up the style for each too (with a couple of alt designs)

Slide 2: Mitski
Not too much to say about this one, all I wanted was to go for a scruffy yet artsy vibe (it did turn out to be my favourite design though!)

Slides 3,4: Girli
I knew I wanted something bold and to create a symbol thingy inspired by the lyric "So I got my keys in my fist" since I feel like it describes this most recent era perfectly.
I also wanted to include the lyrics of 'Slap On The Wrist' because I've seen how it inspires/motivates/shows people to fight the patriarchy
The pose within the fist is actually a picture of Girli herself!

Slides 5,6: Arlo Parks
I really wanted to lean into the city night life vibe that 'Ambiguous Desire' has with a purple and red theme inspired by the cover for her single 'Softly'.
Originally I had Arlo Parks placed perfectly within the moon but it ended up being too restrictive so I went for a night goddess/constellation vibe instead.
