A little spooky, a little playful and full of handmade charm🎃👻🦇✨

Halloween doesn’t have to mean full-on frights. Sometimes it’s the playful details that make it, a mischievous ghost, an unexpected creature, a beautifully made decoration or something with just the right amount of gothic charm. 🎃🦇🎨

We’ve gathered together handmade pieces from independent artists and makers that celebrate the lighter, quirkier side of Halloween.🎨

Shop the collection online at Artandsoulhub.co.uk or visit our stores in Beverley, Hull & Leeds✨

Let's cast a spell to take us back to the best decade!

This is our entry to the annual Humber Street Halloween trail. This year, rather than pumpkin carving, we had a cauldron to decorate. It's been so much fun gathering 90's bits. Big thanks to all my friends that have let us borrow their precious childhood things. And special shout-out to Mallory & Martha for casting the spell for us!

I feel like this is more for the mum's than the kids 😅 Be sure to come out cauldron hunting this half-term, there are some cracking ones to see!

UNTHINKABLE Film Festival's Unseen Images exhibition is currently showing upstairs in our Space 2 gallery.

This exhibition presents experimental filmmaking and video art, bringing together works by legendary director John Smith alongside short films from underground filmmakers, bedroom creatives, and visual expressionists. Rejecting conventional narrative structures, these works use editing and the moving image much the same way an artist uses a brush, creating images and experiences rarely seen elsewhere.

The films are played on a continuous loop, so drop in any time and stay as little, or as long as you like.
