🚨SAN JOSE UNIFIED WARNS PARENTS AND STUDENTS ABOUT WOMAN RECORDING ON SCHOOL CAMPUSES🚨

San Jose Unified School District has issued a warning to parents and students following reports of a woman allegedly recording people and areas around multiple school campuses and posting the footage on social media. According to the district, reports were received alleging that the woman was harassing members of the community, taking photographs and videos, and sharing the content online. The district said it has filed a police report and is working closely with the San Jose Police Department. Authorities also reported that social media photos were found showing an adult woman who is not affiliated with the school accessing a high school girls’ locker room. The investigation remains active. The woman was also recently featured in a viral video in which she appeared to confront a father and child while accusing the child of being trafficked and claiming she worked “with the feds.” Some parents who spoke with NBC Bay Area described the woman’s behavior as erratic and ongoing. Andres Manuel Aguilar, a 19-year-old Menlo College student, faces a potential life sentence after being arrested on campus for allegedly r****** a 12-year-old girl in his dorm room after meeting her at a Menlo Park bus stop. Court records reveal the victim snuck out of her home on May 5, purchased alcohol with Aguilar at a Safeway, and was forcefully assaulted in his dorm despite repeatedly saying “no” and begging him to stop. Following the assault, Aguilar allegedly ordered a Plan B pill via DoorDash due to a panic over pregnancy, but the victim later confessed the incident to her mother during a subsequent hospitalization. Aguilar is currently being held without bail, and his preliminary hearing has been delayed until August 27 to allow the Atherton Police Department and San Mateo County prosecutors more time to investigate a potential second victim’s case.

Two men accused in separate domestic violence killings appeared in Santa Clara County court on June 17, 2026, as prosecutors highlighted a troubling series of domestic violence incidents that occurred in San Jose over a 10 day span. Authorities allege 46 year old Pablo Aguileramora fatally stabbed his estranged wife on June 11 despite a restraining order and prior stalking related arrests, while 55 year old Shede Mao is accused of murdering his wife after allegedly sending disturbing messages and photos to a friend. Prosecutors also referenced a third case in which a woman survived an attempted murder by a current or former partner. Both murder suspects were ordered held without bail as their cases move through the court system. Officials and victim advocates say the incidents underscore the deadly risks associated with domestic violence and are urging victims to seek help and report warning signs such as stalking, threats, harassment, and restraining order violations before situations escalate into violence.
